I love the store, it honestly satisfied my sweet tooth. The store’s layout is amazing and beautiful. The variation of many different snacks, sweets, and drinks were lovely.
The employees are so friendly and helpful, they are very welcoming.
I will definitely be coming back.

I was really hoping for an amazing store, but sadly this refill store was hugely disappointing. I love the layout, it’s beautiful, open and well organized. The main issue is the offerings.
The refill options were extremely unhealthy snacks, sugary cereals, sugar coated dried fruits, and very minimal refills on soaps, lotions, personal care items and household cleaning products.
I saw the owner refilling one container that was empty with a plastic bag of kruger’s or some other knock off brand of fruit loops. With so many healthy options of food and snacks these days, it was shocking that this refillery didn’t choose better quality foods and healthier options, which don’t get refilled from a non compostable or reusable container from the distributor. With the exception of maybe 10-15 items, the offerings here were the same if not less than the quality of a convenience store or dollor store. We will not be returning unless they improve their product quality and offer healthy items.

Stopped by here today and had a really nice experience. This is one of the staples of the booming Eastdale Village.
We were immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman who gave us a tour and rundown of how the store works. The bulk items all were fresh reasonably priced- we even found a few new snacks to try which was a pleasant surprise. From bulk grains, pasta, snacks, candy, coffee, soups, dried fruits, local meet and beers there is plenty to pick from. Bring your own container or purchase one of their available mason jars; paper bags are provided at no cost and offered in different sizes depending on what you’re bagging up.

Great selection, great prices. Friendly and helpful service. The organic peanut butter is made in front of you and it tastes amazing for cheaper than you’ll find at the supermarket (minus the reusable jar for first time purchase). Not sure if they’d let you bring your own jar. Also have multiple things you can buy to add to healthy smoothies and they also have craft beer. It’s not all healthy either, they have lots of cool unique candy to choose from as well

I was surprised at the low prices. I’ve been to similar shops and they made me choose between my budget and the environment. The Refillery allows me to care about both!!

So I didn't quite understand exactly what this place was until I stopped in.
If you have ever shopped at a food co-op or a natural foods store, you know the best part is the bulk section. That's what this place is: a huge bulk bin section. You can get spices, local coffee, sweets and treats, salty snacks, trail mixes, granola, pancake mix, cookie mix, brownie mix, flours, grains, all the things! They have a serious craft beer selection, a small cooler with perishable products like kimchi, eggs, cheese, plus a freezer with locally raised meats. They also have a section of bath and body products including bulk liquid soaps (laundry, hand, dish, etc.).
They do have a large selection of gluten-free mixes, but if you have celiacs note that they are located on the same table as bins containing regular flours. Not sure you could prevent cross-contamination anyway since the store is one room and flour goes airborne when ya scoop it.
So if you miss Mother Earth storehouse by the Pok Galleria, or you shop at Nature's Pantry, New Paltz's Health & Nutrition Store, or if you've lived near a food co-op, you know the drill - bring your own containers (Mason jars, old jelly jars, whatever) and they will sanitize them and weigh them so you can fill them up. If you don't bring your own, they have mason jars and glass spice jars available to purchase but the whole point is to bring your own stuff.
I always think the very best part of bulk bins is that you don't need to purchase a big package of something you only need a little of - like spices for a recipe. With the location at Eastdale, I will totally be stopping in here to get sweet & salty treats before going to a drive-in movie at Overlook this summer.
Side note, I love all the small local businesses at Eastdale and really want all of them to be successful! It's a great little community being built there and a model for future development. Shop local Hudson Valley!

Love this store and the concept! I usually buy my oat milk and gluten free flour mixes from here because the baking mixes/flour mixes are such good prices, but there is so much more that they have and they have such great customer service as well, everyone is always so friendly and welcoming even if it’s your first time coming into the store

I recently visited for the first time and needless to say I love this place.! I love the eco-friendly packaging available to customers to start which includes brown paper or ball jars. Then the product selection-from muffin mix to an array of gluten-free choices , farm fresh meats, and my new favorite -sirahcha ranch peanuts .The owner and staff were very welcoming and attentive to shoppers answering questions as needed. My small children enjoyed the selection of candies and I certainly enjoyed the affordability as a large family. A must try in the hudson Valley!

Nice concept, bit overpriced. You're in Eastdale bro, not Scarsdale.

Today was Christmas Eve and we wanted to go in and see the store but they already closed and then one of the owners comes over to the door and was like you can come in and look around which was really nice. I tried the peanut butter chocolate chip mix which was really good!!! I would come back here again when it’s open!

I have been purchasing from an eco refillery shop in NJ and was excited to see this store open in my area. Upon entering I noticed me and my husband were the only ones not greeted. I observed the owner was busy filling out paper work and her husband was busy talking to friends while the entire store was busy. Once we were ready to pay the owner was at the counter doing paperwork and never once said hello instead we waited to be helped. Finally an older woman came to check us out. I brought my own cotton produce bags to fill the dry goods I needed and the woman was bothered I did so. She had to do an extra step and round up the rice i placed in my reusable cotton bag. The idea behind a refillery store is to be conscience of the eco impact when purchasing food and that includes reusing containers. The energy was off putting, not welcoming and frankly very snobby. The concept of the store has been around for years and I was thrilled to have something closer. When a store is busy and it's your establishment it's important to stop doing paperwork and step in and help your customers while also providing customer service and creating a welcoming environment. You are the face behind your brand. I will continue to purchase from one stop eco shop in NJ (highly recommend) and natures pantry for my refillery grocery needs.

I've been to a few refilleries and this one is pretty great. Good prices and so much variety.I dropped in because I had forgotten some of my travel items and they had exactly what I needed. What a good find.

Love the concept and the design. What is great is being able to control your shopping and spending. ZERO WASTE; if you are making a baking project, you can purchase just what you need. And this sop presents the best op to try something different. A new grain or spice without committing to an entire bottle. HEY. HEY. HEY::; LOCAL Beer, cider, and Meade ( a lightly effervescent ( hard) beverage) that reminds me of how wine spritzers dance on one's tongue. I barely drink, so it is best to see DJ who will let you sample and get the scoop on each locally produced batch. TIP: see my video of DJ below.

What a great place and concept. I stepped in to see what was on offer. Lots of great kitchen staples as well as some fun snacks. Very cool concept and beautifully laid out and designed store. Very nice to have something like this so close to home.
