I had to switch Pharmacies either temporarily or permanently due to some po medication shortages that has affected some other Pharmacies. This location and Pharmacist /techs made the transition very easy and had the items in stock or could order it. Good communication, friendly, going the extra distance to make sure the insurance aspect would go through and no issues when trying to call and or reach especially prior to a holiday, thank you once again! A+

I typically have a pleasant experience with sns pharmacy. The staff very helpful and though may be very busy at times they make good efforts to assist you in a timely manner.

Employees here do their job. They work with a lot of people so you have to be patient with them as this area is filled with up best New York, strict and sometimes condescending attitudes. They basically have to put up with people all day who give them nothing but harsh comments about their lack of effort. This place is not any different from the next drug store you go to, so just be patient. I give 4 stars because I haven't had a problem with them yet.

I do reccomend Stop And Shop in Poughkeepsie. When I first attended this supermarket, I had a good experiences. Unfortunately the last 2 years the quality of service has declined. I have two reasons that concern me.

Shipping and receiving are horrid, as a driver I shouldn't be yelled at for knocking on their door asking which bay to unload in, soon as door opens I get "wtf do you want" I said my company name and that I have a delivery, little man syndrome dude yells that he's behind as is, looks at me and says your appointment is now changed to later tonight, slams door in my face how ignorant I won't support any of the stores and will refuse to deliver there again
