The new owner sucks. short guy at night is rude and ignorant. only time to really go is when the one person with personality is working. Others that work there don't commute and are slow they have bad understanding of us communicating skills

I went to the deli at 7:15 pm to get an Italian Stallion Wrap. First I was told that they were only doing cold subs and when I said that the wrap is a cold sandwich, the guy behind the counter said he didn't know how to make it. I walked out. I think this is completely and underly ridiculous. How can you have someone working there that doesn't know how to make a simple wrap with a few ingredients. I don't know who Nick sold the deli too but I think they should definitely reconsider who they have working behind the counter.

Pleasant atmosphere, reasonable prices for a deli, easy to get to. Self serve coffee/tea area needs some attention. (Didn't have everything needed for tea, but was on the shelf for sale. ?

My Vitamin Water was 3 days from expiring and the cinnamon rolls were rock hard. The breakfast sandwiches are decent, they struggle to cook the eggs the way they were ordered (oe, om or oh) and when you ask for crispy bacon, it never comes that way.

Does not take CC or Debit card, new owner yells at you for not having cash? Will not be returning. Old owner Nick was much nicer to his customers.

I'm a NY state auditor. This place pretty much failed 75 percent of my list. The worst rating was the customer service in this location, with a low rating of F. A customer took 15 minutes to look around to see his options in store around 5 pm on aug.12 2022. At that time the staff there told him " you look suspicious, what you need man, you have to hurry up and buy or leave now" in a very loud and rude tone. Customer left and I marked down the interaction, I felt so bad for the customer I had to leave a review here too for the rest of the public to know.
