Very nice staff & they always have what you need. The staff is very friendly & smile at all their customers. I would definitely recommend smokes for less.

Rude lady working at the counter. Went in for a cigar and the lady working the counter on Sunday afternoon 11/30 gave me an attitude because I didn’t see the small sign that I guess you need permission to go to the humidor. Maybe put the sign in the actual walk way or use a barricade. Not a small sign off to the side. And, certainly don’t give customers spending money an attitude over a mistake when there’s literally other smoke shops on the same street. Havana cigar co at 2 Raymond Ave doesn’t treat customers this way. Never coming back to this place.

This by far is my favorite location i first started going to this location because of the convenience but, keep going back because of Heather and Debbie that work at this location. they are such a pleasure to see and it makes it pleasure to shop at the store .Thank you ladies !!

I arrived at location before closing time and was refused service by attendant. Apparently she wanted to leave work early and not serve customers during the hours promoted. The store operator was very rude and unhelpful.

Shitty a** place to go for anything. The employees are nasty and could care less about any needs or questions you may have. They pander to the much older generation, anyone under 35 is treated like trash. They barely have anything in terms of alternative options for people who are trying to quit cigarettes. Every shop of there's I've ever been to reeks like cigarette smoke and is a very unhealthy environment. I'd give no stars if I could. It's no wonder they're going out of business.

Heather who works there is phenomenal. Her customer service is above and beyond as well as her knowledge and helpfulness. The store is beautiful and well stocked and extremely clean. I highly recommend this place!

They grossly overcharged me for the smok novo 4 coils. They charged me the box price of $16.99 for one coil. Everywhere else sells them at $3.99 per coil. She knowingly did it too. DO NOT shop here!!!
