The store itself is great. Shelves are pretty much fully stocked. My issue is... replace the chains so we can get quarter and not have to walk back in store. It adds up so it would be much appreciated

The white girl at self check out asked me for ID for a person that I wasn’t with. She was her own person buying her own 7 dollar wine. I just seen her and put my Apple pie in her cart. She asked me for ID. If I gave you my DOB then leave me alone. But she did it cause we was black.

Update 4/17/2024: Other than the grumpy rude guy in the fish department, this store is ok. Most of the staff is very helpful and courteous but the guy at the fish department is just terrible to deal with. He should not be allowed to interact with customers.
In general though, a pretty good supermarket. Up from 2 stars to 4.
Worst Shoprite I've ever been to. Most of the staff is ok, but real signs of mismanagement. Items frequently out of stock. Items advertised on sale are almost always out of stock and process for getting rain check takes so long its not worth it...Produce often poor quality. Now they've closed off one of the entrances to put in a liquor store so everyone comes and goes out of one entrance so usually a long walk to/from car. Terribly mismanaged.

Best prices for quality food. The meat department has outstanding butchers who will custom cut any meat available. Produce, deli, and bakery are always clean organized and carry outstanding products.

Buyer be aware of digital shopping at this location! ShopRite's substitution policy for sale items that are not available is to replace them with FULL price items NOT as one would expect to replace the item at the sale price. This location seems to do a lot of substituions! You need to uncheck allow substituion for each item you put in your cart.Clipped coupons seem to be ignored.Weekly circular prices aren't used for online purchases! Circular price English Muffins $1.99. Shop at home price $5.29.No option to decline bags! Bags provided are paper and about half the size of typical shopping bag. Bags cost 10 cents!After my first time doing shop at home I figure I paid nearly double what I would have paid if I had gotten the same products in the store.Update: Not a fan of responses that haven't taken two minutes to look into the situation. If they had they would know that both the at home manager and the store manager were contacted. Neither seemed interested or empowered to resolve the situation. In fact the store manager that agreed investigate and get back to me but when he didn't and I asked why he responded "didn't get around to it". Both seemed to be content to have me drive back to the store and return the ENTIRE order. You already have a complaint filed with corporate that has just been referred to the store. I attempted to call the number you referenced and after 20 minutes on hold an automated message told me I was 19 in queue so I hung up.Update after two weeks: Four different employees have left messages and I've returned all phone calls, however, while ShopRite admits their Shop at Home service has numerous flaws absolutely nothing has been done to address the situation. Requests from the store manager and district manager to contact me have not resulted in any communication with them.

Fine establishment with polite employees and good selection, no fault of the store itself the old folks that shop here can be insufferably rude, cannot believe the things coming out of Grandmas mouth sometimes in here. Need to learn to hold their tongues in line for God's sake, good thing they're going to h3ll sooner than most. Awful experience due to other customers 7/10 times aside this place is quite good. Just put earbuds in for your sanity.
