Awful! They don’t know what they are doing! 3 installations & still didn’t get it right! Caesar the manager will never call you back. I had to go somewhere else to fix what they did it cost me nearly $2000. They are horrible

Technician never showed back up after contacting him multiple times I eventually sold the vehicle the windshield was never installed properly making the vehicle moldy inside and the camera on the rear view mirror was never properly installed either they said by selling it I voided the warranty but they wouldn’t come out they ask why I never came in I told them the vehicle was not able to at the moment Technician’s name is Mark if u hear his name I recommend you switch

After arriving late, the technician broke my windshield even worse and then said I now have to replace it. Went from getting a $200 fill to needing a $900 replacement.
The manager, Cesar, asked us what kind of service did we expect for $200.
I suggest finding a shop that takes pride in their work and accountability when things go wrong.

The tech (Scott, I believe) was very helpful and professional. My car battery died, and he took the time to try and charge it so I wouldn't be without a vehicle. My husband also had a broken windshield two months later. We used safelite again. The tech that came to our home was also very nice and professional. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name as my husband spoke to him most.

Impossible to get someone on the phone, I've called 10 times and tried all different combinations with the robot on the phone to speak to any human and I get hung up on and refered to the website, absolutely horrendous

I had my windshield replaced here last month. When I started driving it afterward, I noticed that I could hear noise from the outside more loudly than it had been before. It didn't seem like it had been sealed properly. My suspicions were later confirmed when got into my van while it was raining and water was dripping in. How can these guys fail at something so badly when it's literally the only thing they do? They'd sent me an e-mail with a link to leave a review, but it didn't work (because of course it didn't) so I'm leaving it here. I genuinely like Safelite. But from now on I'm avoiding this location.

They did a great job! It was supposed to rain the day they came to replace my windshield and I was worried. the tech came before the rain and was able to do it! Windshield looks great, and they put all my stickers back where they were! Convenient, professional & fast! With a lifetime warranty.
