Jess purchased a bottle of Indra flex advance at the Rite Aid store. The cost was supposed to be 5799. They charged me $72.39 No Tax. What a rip off that was. It was the Rite Aid store at 3350 North Rd. in Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.

Came into this location at 9 this morning and dealt with 1 of the rudest people that i have come in contact with in awhile. When I brought my product up to the counter to be rung out I quickly paid for it with my credit card and I immediately hit no receipt by accident thinking it was asking me for a rite aid account. I happen to notice before the screen went blank that my total was $5 more than what the shelf sticker displayed on the end cap where I grabbed the product from. I quickly & politely mentioned that the item was marked $15 before tax, and she nastily replied shrugging her shoulders ,"Oh, somebody most have put it in the wrong place." and proceeded to just stare at me. to which I replied that the sticker price said $15 and had the exact product name and that there were 3 of the same product on the same peg hook. She then said "yea I don't know... " Like she couldn't be bothered. I then was annoyed at this point and said " I'd just like a refund. She became extremely irate and told me that she needed a receipt in order to do a return and because I hit no receipt on the card reader she couldn't perform the return. at that point a small line was beginning to form and i just stared at her. She started huffing and puffing like a teenager and picked up the phone rolling her eyes and called someone to the front. At this point shes getting more irate by the minute and just shaking her head, and I'm beginning to stoop to her level.(I can be petty with the best of em). At this instant I'm just trying to prove a point. after waiting for 2-3 minutes for this non-existent person to arrive, I said " ya know what? Ill just take it".. At that point it wasn't worth going back and forth with this lady of $4 or $5.. I think its time that management let this lady know its OK to retire. And not for nothing, but the store was only open for an hour before I came in and it was dead in there.. What could she have possibly been so miserable about so early in the morning. As the great Tim Dillon would say " We wish her well"...
PS: If rite aid can't reprint/look up a receipt right after a Point Of Sales transaction is performed, or have the ability to look up transactions with a credit card that was just used in the year 2024, I can only imagine how they're pharmacy gets anything processed correctly.

DRIVE THROUGH post surgery for my daughter. Claire was manning the window and, as always, was very pleasant. It's a shame that this location is scheduled to close for good in March 2024. The location is perfect for us. I do hope that Claire and some of the other pleasant staff find work nearby.

Again I picked up my prescription here at the Rite Aid on North Road. I switched over after the one on Main Street closed. This is consistently and always a perfect experience led by Rrita. She is extremely knowledgeable upon how to get my prescriptions to me in the most cost-effective and smartest way. She is extremely personal, courteous and kind on every single visit to the pharmacy. All of the associates there are very good but she is world class service. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee to represent Rite Aid.!

The staff and pharmacist there in the evening presently lack customer service manners. They do not greet you or welcome you with a smile. They dont appear to like their job.They repeat questions you have already answered.. When you question their handling of an issue which is easily resolved they target you and make you wait then charge you the highest price they can possibly charge and smile smugly. Little do they know you had already made inquiry in the morning. They are supposed to serve customers and see to their best health.

Horrible pharmacy at this location. I’ve been to many other Rite Aids and have never had a problem. The pharmacists are rude, don’t care about you and most likely overworked. Maybe try the CVS instead.

Rude and incompetent customer service. Had to call main number twice (so far) because of online account problem. My acct was hacked. The male CSR could care less, and was belligerent. People who take this kind of job should know what they are saying, and not assume other know what they mean. So far, the problem has not been taken care of.

The store on North Road in Poughkeepsie is quite large. It is open every day of the week and just about every holiday and has long hours. There's more than adequate parking. The pharmacy is well stocked and the staff quite friendly. There's a good variety of non-pharmacy goods ranging from snacks to beer, soda, stationery, health & beauty aids, OTC products, travel size products and much more.
