Lived here alone for a year & loved it. Quiet, safe and well kept. Spacious apartments and price (at least when I stayed there) was reasonable compared to some of the other apartment complexes near by.

Very nice place to live. Quiet. Grounds kept beautifully. My husband and I were in a 1 bedroom it was a little small for us but otherwise we had no problems.

I’ve never had a problem while living here. Spacious apartment, well kept property, and easy communication with the owners. Not to mention how close you are to downtown, the bridge and rail trail. Great place to live!
