Shop at the Outlet! Rebecca was a terrific salesperson….knowledgeable, respectful, listened to and responded to my specific needs, and went above and beyond to serve me. The mattress delivery was efficient and the delivery men were courteous and careful in my newly-painted rooms. I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you.

I was welcomed when I came in the store and asked if we needed help. Mark assisted me in looking for specific furniture around the store and giving me details regarding the furniture, from the available colors or extras that could come with them and ultimately helping and adding me in my purchase. Lou my salesperson was excellent. No pressure. Let my friend and I wonder. We are somewhat slow as far as mobility goes. He was so patient. I'll be looking for him in the future so will my girlfriend!

So, we bought a furniture set over $2200 and a bedroom set too! We received the furniture set that looked exactly like the one we sat on. We sat on this set for at least 20 minutes to make sure it was comfortable. We did not receive that sectional. The one we did get is worn and feel like it has been used already. Spoke to the manager just now - his name is Mike,. I am so disappointed that this is taking this long to resolve. I have called, emailed and the tech came out to prove my claim, which was found to be true of wearing down. I thought this was a good store to purchase from. Maybe it was just us that wasn't supposed to go here smh. Hopefully we get this resolved soon. I am definitely getting the run around and was told that we received a text message, which was clearly not true. They don't want to give us our money back. They want to exchange the set. It is a shame that big name stores like this one do this to . We want our money back.

I needed a sofa for an event I was having in my home in two days. I came in Wednesday morning, found a sofa that I liked, and requested delivery for Friday. Normal policy is 3-day delivery. The staff went out of their way to make this happen. I was impressed by their quick understanding of the situation and their resourcefulness. I also appreciate the quality of the furniture sold by Raymour and Flanigan.

I walked in looking for something specific . I was shown many options. My sales representative was extremely helpful. I found exactly what I wanted and it’s available for delivery within the week! Plus the price was reasonable.

I knew exactly what I wanted going into the store and just needed someone to order it... He completely messed up my order ( wrong nightstand entirely) and it is still not resolved. I showed the man the exact item on the floor to avoid confusion and he still got it wrong.. He proceeesed to tell me I was lying... If you make a mistake own the mistake, don't blame the customer. Based on my experience now, I would not order again. If MGMT handles this properly I will reconsider.

They were great! They weren’t pushy like some other places. We were very indecisive in what we wanted and kept looking around the store. They were patient with us, they were very informed, and were able to point out pros and cons when comparing one product to another.

I mentioned to my sister I needed a new couch, she recommended Raymour and Flanigan. I was greeted by Lou who listened to the kind of couch I wanted and colors. He even got furniture that looked close to the colors in my room so I could choose the right color for my couch! He was very patient while I tested several couches and found one that I liked.I was interested in a lift table and there was one that I absolutely love. Both pieces look great in the house. I highly recommend Raymour and Flanigan and Mattress Outlet, look for Lou!

I was not met or asked if I needed help, in fact the older gentleman looked at me and then got '"busy" on his i-pad!!!!! But I'm glad because I found Robin M and she was very patient w/me and helped me find the right recliner. If any of my friends tell me that they are going there, she's who I will recommend them to go to for assistance !

You know how when you always find yourself back at a familiar place time and time again when shopping for something? Well, that's how it is for me and RandF Outlet. I shop everywhere and try to find the best price with the best service, and I always end up here. Friendly service and the right price every time. Not to mention the furniture I got was high quality at a great price. If someone says they're lower, they're not. They'll get you on the delivery charge or elsewhere. Take it from me, because I found out the hard way. If you're reading this, go see Mark. Tell him I sent you.
