As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by a friendly, professional sales person with a great sense of humor. He listened to our needs and showed us exactly that. His sense of humor kept the shopping experience lighthearted and enjoyable. So often these shopping experiences can quickly become a drag.

delivery was on time and the delivery people were very nice ,professional and efficient. One of the chairs was damaged and i did not accept delivery on that one chair. delivery person made note and said he would notify the appropriate people to get a replacement . I also called my sales person and informed her of the damaged item.

I was not going to leave a review, but the experience today bothered my wife so much I thought why not….
This is the 2nd time in 10 years I’ve come to this Raymour and Flanigan location. The first time was a good experience. Can’t say those words this time around. I walked in with my wife around 12pm October 10th, 2024 and this store looked like it wasn’t open for business. We were not greeted, even though I’m looking at a sales rep siting down on his phone. We were literally in this store for 45 minutes and nothing from anyone. At one point another sales rep becomes available and sees me and my wife, and from the corner of my eye I see the rep get up and walk away. It’s ironic because I’m in sales myself for over 10 years. It’s a shame what has happened to the industry in regards to service for the customer. “It’s a joke”. Funny enough, I walk across the street to “Raymour & Flanigan Outlet” and we were greeted by 3 different people in a 10 min span. Interesting…. I wasn’t able to find anything today that appealed to me but I will surely be visiting “Ashley Furniture” right up the street on Sunday.
