Excellent customer service. I needed a box spring and intended to pick it up at the store, but was offered same day delivery for $20. Also, the cost of this good quality product was half of what Mattress Firm wanted.

Very pleased with the purchase of our mattress and kitchen table.We went into the store to look at mattresses.There was no pressure to buy.While there we saw a floor model kitchen set that caught our eye.We noticed a small tear in a seat and the owner/manager(sorry,didn’t get his name)reduced the price.We were pleasantly surprised when 2 brand new chairs were delivered! An all around great experience with this company!

So far, FANTASTIC!!! I walked in with a specific style, color, budget and size of sectional in mind. I walked out about 1/2 hour later, after Mike helped me meet all those needs and got me 6 months interest free financing. Waiting for arrival. Will update.

I'm very unhappy with my purchase. In August 2023 I went into the store for a Beauty Rest Black and Mike talked me into purchasing a Sterns and Foster. Knowing that's not what I wanted he said "Listen, i dont have the Beauty Rest Black in right now but let me call about it. For now take this Sterns and Foster. Its this and Sterns and Foster is that, try it for 7 days, if you are still unhappy, I will take it back with no stock fee and get you the Beauty Rest" I said fibe. I had just moved, needed a bed and more importantly, I travel a lot for work so when I come back into town I wanna sleep comfortably. Well two days went by and I was sure it was uncomfortable. I called, Mike wasn't in. I went down the next day, they said he was off for the next two days. On day 6 I called again. NO Mike. Day 7, still no Mike and coincidentally there was no number on any of thise days for anyone to contact hom to let him know I have been coming back and forth and calling and wanted to return the mattress. It is now March 2024. I may have slept in tje bed a total of 20 nights and not one time have I gotten a good sound sleep. I would live for Quality Furniture to make this right. It was a very expensive purchase where I not only purchased the mattress but also a bed frame, adjustable headboard and carpet.

Mike was excellent in helping me pick out bedroom furniture. Unfortunately the chest and night stand had numerous scratches on them. I called to tell them what happened and how the people that delivered the furniture were very unprofessional. They rushed to put everything together and left marks on my wall. Also I found a piece from the chest that goes under the leg to the chest in my driveway. I had to send them pictures of everything. Supposedly a guy is coming to look at the damage. It's so bad that I really should get new pieces but I don't think that is going to happen. Wanyed to buy more furniture there but after this bad experience but I will go back to another furniture store where they were accommodating and cared about their customers

During delivery of furniture not only was the furniture damaged but my home was damaged as well. Store Manager, "Mike" said he would make things right. However, after several attempts to contact him regarding this problem he has now chosen to ignore me all together. Buyer beware!!Do not trust what this guy tells you.

This was my first time my wife and I went in to check out the place. We ended up buying a great bedroom set with mattress and box spring. Mike had initially helped us choose the right set for us. The following weekend, John helped us. They were a big help. They were after our best interest and were very sincere. We are grateful Mike and John!
