I absolutely cannot sing enough praises for Rob and Rocco at Prestige Auto Body. They came highly recommended by a friend, who recently had an accident. I knew they were the right place when another person overheard our conversation and agreed that Prestige was top-notch.Well, they were both right. I just picked up my car, and it looks stunning! I had a minor accident, and now there’s no trace of it. My car looks brand new, and Prestige even thoroughly cleaned the outside—and inside—of my car!! What a wonderful and much appreciated surprise.Rob was kind, courteous, and respectful from the moment I met him. He patiently explained the work that needed to be done, the timeframe for completion, and then offered a fair price. These guys are true professionals, who went above and beyond to make the repairs quickly so I didn’t need a car rental. Communication was always a breeze.Rob is clearly an honorable man who isn’t out to gouge customers—which is how I felt about other places that gave me quotes. Prestige did an amazing job on my car after it was sideswiped, you couldn't even tell it was in an accident. The level of detail this body shop put into my car was amazing. I could tell they treated my car like it was their own. I cannot express how happy I am with the outcome. I highly recommend this body shop.

I've used Prestige in the past for various cars and they're highly reliable and trustworthy. They handled all necessary insurance matters, and tended to my cars with the utmost care and attention to quality work. I've referred many people here over the years and will continue to do so. Rob has an excellent reputation in the auto industry, and I would not trust my cars with anyone else. Kind, patient and worked with me with surrounding complications I ran into. They made sure I had transportation and offered to drive me to car rental place and then pick me up when I was returning rental when my car was ready. I was able to get transportation. They answered both my phone questions and in person questions with detailed information. They gave me very valuable advice from the start that other shops would most likely not have (before they knew I was going to use them). My mom has used them in the past, and I have brought different car dents or blemishes that they explained would not be worth fixing and with good reason- they could have just done the work that was not in my best interest- they were very honest!

Initial estimate from Prestige was $700.00 LESS than the estimate I received from the insurance company - I personally submitted the claim. Prestige asked for a copy of that estimate. I didn't understand why they needed it but I gave them a copy. I was then told by a Prestige employee that the estimate I was given from the person I dealt with prior was way off, " I don't know how he came up with those numbers." it is "probably going to be more" than what the insurance estimated. After I dropped my car and thought about it, I wanted to know what exactly is "probably going to be more." I called and asked for an adjusted estimate. I was told there is no such thing, they won't know until "we get in there and see." The car was done and I was asked to bring the check from the insurance company to sign over. I explained I would pay them with a personal check. When I got there and ask them how much to write the check for, it was the exact amount, to the penny, of what the insurance estimated. How can it be that exact? I am an honest person and had even called my insurance company to ask what should I do if the repairs were less. I was told only if what insurance assessed wasn't adequate would it be renegotiated.

This place is bar none the best auto body shop that I have ever dealt with! Trustworthy, professional and on time. They work with you and coordinate with the insurance companies to make sure you get your car fixed the right way. Can't say enough about Prestige. Got into an accident in Brooklyn once. The guys drove all the way down from poughkeepsie to tow my car so it wouldn't have to sit in some random shop or on the side of the road hours after the accident.

These guys towed my car away from an accident. They were extremely professional and treated me with real respect. They made a difficult situation a lot more painless than it could have been and they were also extremely honest about costs and services once my car was back at their shop. These guys clearly take customer service seriously and it really made a difference in such a stressful situation. I would reccommend them to any friend and will take my car there again if the need arises.

Treated my family very well. Kept us updated as to how the work on our car was going. They took care of dealing with the insurance inspection person sent to do the damage claim so that we didn't have to. Less stress was a rare and pleasant experience!

I can’t say enough great things about this shop and the gentlemen that work here. I was distraught when my brand new Subaru was hit in the parking lot at work but when I brought it here, all the worry subsided. They returned it to me in a very timely manner and even cleaned it, inside and out! I am very pleased with their service.

I was rear ended and had heard very high recommendations for their work. I contacted the shop and Rocco provided me with all the information I could need about my initial dealings with the insurance company. Once that was all worked out and I dropped my car off at the shop, they called me to update me and one the work was finished my car looks good as new. They even cleaned it for me too. I highly recommend the guys at prestige for any body work.

I hit One deer ? on a Saturday damaged up my front of a brand new Honda accord. They took my car right away worked with my insurance company and had it fixed in a week from the accident good as new. Very friendly professional staff quality work. Highly recommended.
