Worked with us to create the design we wanted. Even as he was completing it, he would recheck and make sure everything lined up, even if he had to start again from the drawing. I "drew" out the design, and they made it come to life and look way better!! Thank you!!

I receive compliments every day on the tattoo I got at Planet New York. I walked in November 2023 without a solid idea in mind. Vincent Manco and the other staff helped me to realize a beautiful, composition. Even my grandmother who doesn’t really appreciate tattoos finds it beautiful. Today I walked out with a second traditional style tattoo, this time a scheduled appointment. I am overjoyed with how the tattoo came out. A special thank you to Vin yet again for your professionalism and attention to detail. I look forward to my next appointment, I recommend making your own appointment today.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I have walked in before to make an appointment for a piercing and I was treated with such disrespect. I've brought them a lot of business too knowing they do nose piercings and are close by. My friends have all had the same experience. Their piercer is awful. I came in to have my piercing looked at (that by the way she did) just to get some care advice and I said, "I'm so glad you could help me out and see me so quick." And she said, "well you did it to yourself. It's your ear not mine." 0/10 recommend especially for anyone new to tattoos and piercings. Your experience should be relaxing, welcoming, informational, and respectful. They failed. Hard.

I went in expecting a better experience. Sean I admit did not keep me waiting and he came up with a quick design that I liked and I was pleased that the process did not take long, but I was not happy about the way he reminded me about the shops rules as though I was def or that he just didn't make his point clear to me the first time he said it. He asked if the family member I brought with me was going to be a problem and also said not bring a certain aged family member with me because there is no baby sitting service there. He was out of line and should be coached on customer educate. I will not be returning based on that experience and would let everyone I know not to go here.

I have always had a great experience with Vince. He pays attention to detail he had never done anything doctor who related and he made sure the scarf was perfect. I'm looking forward to my next tattoo especially since my son got me a gift certificate.

I went here to get a tattoo as a walk in and a guy walks up to me asking what I want. I tell him and he proceeds to tell me that I’m going to look like I’m in prison. Saying that no one is going to know what my tattoo means and continues to give me ideas to change it. It’s not his tattoo, I’m sure my taste and his are different as I could tell by the tattoos on his arm which are also not mine to judge. I am open to opinions but the manor in which he handled it was very very rude. Seeing the other reviews about the attitude people have received during walk-ins, I 100% know it’s the same guy. This place does not have anywhere near the kind energy as twin tides tattoo or Hudson valley tattoo company. Please don’t come here.

I called before hand to make sure someone was capable of doing a fine line tattoo on my hand. when I got there I showed them the picture and how small I wanted it. he proceeded to tell me where I should get the tattoo because he didn't want to do the tattoo on my hand. I then suggested a couple other spots and he REFUSED. He mentioned he couldn't do a tattoo that small (4-5 inch). Overall waste of time.

Called to make an appt for a consult with Vinny. Was told to just come in Sat at noon to see him. I came in to speak with Vin about doing my sons first Tat & was told at the counter he may or may not be in. Was also half heartedly greeted by a guy at the counter who quickly dismissed the piece by saying that Vinny wouldnt be interested and it would be Shawn's style. Vinny has done 4 of my tattoos and 4 of my daughters (one of which is in his "portfolio") so I respectfully told him I would like to discuss it with Vinny. I asked if he would take my number and ask Vinny to call me when he was going to be in. He wouldnt. Told me to email. Very disappointing!!! I like Vinnys work and was very upset that I couldn't even get a time frame to speak with him and was dismissed by the man at the counter. Lots of tattoos in our future but I'm unsure if we'll be giving our business to PNY.
