The manager Ralph called me a weenie because I didn’t know the answer to a “simple” question, then the guy with the limp came over and interrupted whatever “help” Ralph was giving me, what an awful store!!

Go to check out two light fixtures for the cashier to tell me they are not in the system and they can’t do a online price match? Never have I ever. Complete waste of my time. Not to mention a employee following me around the store.

I don't like to go shopping only to have the cashier tell me what I should or shouldn't buy , because he didn't think they should be selling certain things. He hesitated to ring up my things because he didn't want me to buy mouse poison.. Everyone deals with infestation of whatever it may be there own way ..None of his business how I deal with mice at my home..

This is Page Lumber’s regional distribution hub, so it is worlds bigger than the branches in Patterson and Amenia. Six warehouse bays, a separate depot for masonry, and a showroom with model kitchen exhibits. All kinds of hardware and houseware.

I was looking to install Trex flooring & railings on my deck. I went to my closest Page Lumber store in Pawling NY for assistance. I met with Dawn Harris who handles the Trex decking orders. Dawn was very professional, & knowledgeable. She handled my order from designing stage to the final processing order stage. I ended up having some material which was too short & needed to be returned. I ended up going to the poughkeepsie store of Page Lumber as the size of the new material I needed was in stock at this location. I scheduled a pick up of the old material from my house as it was too large for me to return in my car. The old items were picked up from my house on 5-31-22. I never received a receipt for the pickup. I contacted the poughkeepsie store & spoke with someone by the name of Meghan who told me that she would email me a pickup receipt for my records & that credit for the return would be processed with 5 business days. I never received the pickup receipt & I have emailed her 3 times. No response. I am also still waiting for the credit for the return which is just about 600.00. I have placed numerous calls to poughkeepsie store to inquire on the refund. They either never answer the phone OR when you do finally get through, you get bounced around from dept to dept, person to person, OR voicemail in which no one returns your call. Very very unprofessional horrible experience I have had with this location. I am still waiting for my credit. Needless to say I will never shop the poughkeepsie location again. I would rather wait & order from the Pawling location.

September 2021 my husband and I order cabinets from page. We wanted to support a small business and being they are right down the road from us it was the perfect place. Little did we know we were very very wrong. We ordered your cabinets they came five months later, January. 17 of the cabinet doors and drawers and frames were damaged. Unheard of right? Fast forward 4 to 6 weeks 10 out of the 17 replacements were damaged. The next time five out of 10. The time after that two out of three. The time after that two out of two were still damaged. And again. We’re on our 6th replacement order. As you can see this is crazy, totally unacceptable and very frustrating. It had so far been 10 months of going back and forth with these people. No one takes accountability. Jenn, the kitchen and cabinet manager is rude, unprofessional, unapologetic and just not good at her job. She would benefit from some costumer service training. I have every right in the world to be extremely irritated about this entire situation. I know we should’ve backed out the second and third time the cabinets came damaged so maybe that was on me. But I’ve never experienced customer service like this. Jenn would constantly talk over me, not update me in timely manner or at all. Mark whitney the CEO also had to be reminded it’s rude to talk over people and did little to rectify the terrible situation. Granted I understand they are not making the cabinets, we purchased them from their company, meaning it is their responsibility to make things right. The only person that was pleasant to work with was Crystal, the woman who we purchased the cabinets from. Save your time, money and frustrating…just go to Home Depot.
