The movers and packers were professional! On time, friendly and courteous. All of our stuff got here with no damage. Our mover ( driver) Joe was very helpful and helped set up things. His crew was friendly and efficient.

Delayed delivery and damaged possessions. Rude and unprofessional subcontractors. Everyone points to someone else as being responsible. Response is to file a claim. Very unsatisfying dealing with them and their agents.

Choosing NA Van Lines was the best decision I made for this move full service, basic service or anything between. Very efficient packing, loading, trucking was fast (1111 miles to delivery) 5 days. Delivery was perfect, fast efficient and before i knew it it was over. Done, one low stress move powered by NA Van Lines. Appreciatively, another happy customer.

The people I dealt with were very professional but the moving and delivery of my items were poor. Many broken,damaged or missing parts. Bed not put together, lost bed remotes. Boxes damaged
