Thanks NY Auto Repair! Today I had a flat tire and brought my truck in. The guys at the shop were super knowledgeable, no nonsense, and friendly. They were able to save my tire, and I was probably in there for no longer than 30 minutes or so. The final bill was super affordable and I was just really grateful for such a sensible local shop that really came through for me in my time of need. Highly recommend them. I think the guy's name was Tom.

Dishonest! Went for inspection and left with $125.00 bill. I needed new wipes. They charge me $45.00 dollars for replacing and taking off the old wipes . Customers be ware . I don’t recommend this place

I'm fairly new to the area so I googled places to get my car inspected. Didn't call just popped in and I have to say the guys were
great/ short wait time... very personable,and more importantly they aimed to help me not to break my pocket! I highly recommend NY Auto Repair & Alignment ;)

This post is long over due! Joe and his team are the best. I was having transmission problems and my mechanic had suggested replacement. I found New York Auto Repair while trying to get several quotes on a new transmission before committing. Joe was the only mechanic who asked me to bring it in and see if that was really necessary. Joe took the time to troubleshoot and found the issue was minor and fixed it quickly and saved me from wasting money and time on work not even needed. A year later my engine was making crazy noises and I thought it was blown. Went to a mechanic who was closer to me and he said the engine was gone and I should just sell. I called Joe right away and again he diligently took the time to find a rocker arm had just come loose and again it was fixed fast. Whenever I have a question or concerns about my vehicles I know I can always call. I always feel like a valued customer I think that’s rare these days!! I recommend New York Auto Repair 100%
