Stopped in had water tested from my pool. It was cloudy and a little green. Purchased what was suggested and three hours later pool was crystal clear. Thank you for the help and advice

I have lived in the Hudson Valley for over 20 years and bought my above ground pool from Namco in 2003. Therefore when it was time to look for a new patio set, I went there first. I
bought a table set on Sunday around 11am. I could not fit it in my car and told the manager that I would come back for it around 3pm with my truck. That afternoon we had crazy storms and the store lost power around 2:30pm. The managers and employees STAYED until I got there (a little after 3pm). I was blown away by their customer service. They did not have to do that but they did. They also wrapped it up so it would not get damaged and helped to load it in the truck. I will not go anywhere else for all my pool, spa and backyard needs.

What awesome customer service. I was so impressed with Destiny at this location. She called me back AFTER the store closed (which I didn't think they would) and kept in touch with me all weekend. Unfortunately, I did not purchase from them (no one' s fault). She treated me respectfully and was understanding. She didn't push a sale AND still was nice to me when I didn't buy.
Good and honest company.

I called the store today 5/27/24 spoke to James explained what I need . He told me to bring in my working pump. I went right over to the Poughkeepsie store waited for a few minutes by his desk he was with a customer and Destiny finished with her customer and came to help me well I must say she knew what I need and also help with my pump. Both James and Destiny were very knowledgeable and very professional. They got what I need in a nice pace. I liked the customer service at Poughkeepsie than Danbury. At the pougstire both James and Destiny were very knowledgeable about all the stuff in the store and both were very professional. This will be my go to store for my pool season . Thank you guys!!! Keep up the good work. I hope they compensate you guys well because good help and knowledge is hard to find these days.

My husband and i had a GREAT experience visiting our local Namco Pool store last weekend! The only way we can explain it is that the store has a small business-family owned feel. Destiny and Chris in the Poughkeepsie location made my husband and I feel like family members the moment we walked in and prioritized our purchasing needs! We will definitely be returning!!!

Went to purchase a Proline motor pump for our pool at the Namco location on Rte9 in Poughkeepsie. Was fortunate to be greeted by Erica who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and courteous. She explained what we needed and how to hook it up correctly. She made the purchase easy and was efficient at her job. She is a great asset to Namco and is the reason we will be back to purchase all our pool supplies. Thank you Erica for all your help and advice in our decision making.

I went into the store to purchase a leaf cover for my pool, website said in stock, this was Saturday and I still haven't received a shipping number or anything, I have ducks in my pool this is an emergency and would have purchased elsewhere if I had known it would take this long

If you need a pool or if you need a hot tub do yourself a favor and buy local, not from a chain that only cares about the bottom line. Purchased a pool and was not given some parts which lead to delays and of course more expenses on my end. Offered a 200 in store credit after purchasing 2 pools and a hot tub. This was the 1st bad experience. They say sales sells customer service keeps customers. Well they lost 1.
