The staff was very pleasant and friendly but the price was outrageous. I got my hair washed and roller set that’s it for $65. I will never go back I never in my life pay $65 for a wash and set that’s not even including blowing, straightening wrapping or nothing, when I go to Spanish, I probably pay $25 for a roller set blowing out my edge of my hair and wrapping

Its sad that I had to knock off a few stars but as clients increased quality decreased.This was my salon and my stylist "Maria" always did a great job. However, two days after getting my hair done, I got out of bed and my hair was letting out. I texted my stylist saying exactly that and no reply or response, I left a voicemail and the same thing.So, I showed up and. As soon as I walked in she greeted me with "which baby were you playing with that pulled out your hair?" That wasn't cool because she knew what really happened but her avoiding accountability was saying enough.I showed her my messages and calls to her and said i'm here to get it corrected because it hasn't been a week since my last appointment. But she said she was too busy with the two people she had under the dryer, the one person in her chair plus the person's hair she was currently washing.Four clients at once, that's what I meant by an increase in clients that resulted in a decrease in quality. When I walked away she told me to call her, like I didn't.Hopefully, the hustle mentality subsides and the focus returns to quality and not quantity.
