If I could give a zero star I would!!!! The pharmacist is so unprofessional!!!! If there is any issue with the prescription or insurance they don't even call you. Unfortunately I can't even use another pharmacy for this particular medicine.

Will never go to Molloys again was going to put back my nieces meds because we couldn't pick up same day than they called Medicare to hold her ins. They are not very caring people sticking to rite aid

I really tried to like this pharmacy. Sadly, my experience has been that they are inattentive, rude, and less than professional. To add insult to injury, they leave you on hold forever no matter what time of day you call.My latest disappointing experience was trying to get my prescription delivered. My doctor sent in the script on a Thursday afternoon. On Saturday morning at 10AM, I called to request my script be delivered as I was unable to get to the pharmacy. I was told it would be delivered that same day.By 3 PM it still hadn't arrived so I called the pharmacy to check on the delivery. To my surprise, the store was closed. No one ever called to say it couldn't be delivered.On the following Monday morning, (at 9:30 AM) I called to see what happened and asked to speak to a manager. After waiting on hold for a prolonged time, the manager finally picked up and was impatient and seemed annoyed. No apology.Their ad says they treat customers like family. I guess I'm glad I'm not a member of their family.

Decent staff takes medicaid delivers but sometimes deliveries are sometimes returned to pharmacy even though they reach correct address

Received a med from yesterday that was changed and the pharmacy refuses to deliver the new medication until another 24 hours! Wow 48 htmrs total without my bipolar med abd they dont care… pharmacy says deliverys are done at 6pm it is not even 5:30 pm yet on Thursday my Nurse at the clinic was specifically told it was a direct issue with the driver himself…so personal feelings outway a disabled person’s medical needs, which the known driver told me upon me asking that deliverys close to my address stop at 8pm so i guess you get what you can and just learn to deal with it as best you can . I can pick up the med according to the pharmacist who said quote so come and get it !!! I don’t even have a car and medical transportation do pick ups for meds LIKE DUH ?

Molloys IS the best. I am aware that my plan is not that good no matter where I go and probably I could go elsewhere for slightly cheaper prices but I don’t because I love Molloys-how I am treated by the staff, the knowledge and expertise of the Pharmacists and the ease of obtaining my scripts by delivery is a Godsend!! Thank you Molloys!!!

Molloys IS the best. The Greatest Pharmacy in the Hudson Valley! I first went there with my father some 35 years ago, they were a small independent family owned pharmacy stuck in the middle of two stores in the Grand Union plaza in Hyde Park NY. Once I became Ill I started going there and it was the same friendly faces I seen those many years ago. Even though owned by new people, it's still the same friendly atmosphere. There located in the hospital, Saint Francis it was but now it's Hudson Valley hospital? Or something. I still call it Saint Francis Hospital. I recommend if you need your meds and don't want to get treated like a so and so because your a little young or the doc prescribed a medicine that is used for other things then just your problem and you don't like the mass market bs. Go to Molloy's. You leave with a smile and your treated like a person not a ID number on your insurance card.

Great pharmacy. I posted a month agoGreat pharmacy was my review but.. Malloys is better than that!. I tried to change pharmacy only because of the distance. The wake up was insane. I caused myself more Grief than any amount of milage. The incompetence,over charging, disrespect, over all uncaring and completely rude at time workers at other pharmacy's was mind blowing. I will never leave Malloys again..Thank you. prior Staff and New.
