I went here the other night and sent husband in the store for an item that I wanted, he came out the store with the wrong item and with a receipt I told him to return it and go get the right item when he went back in the store they told him no exchanges or refunds and we had the receipt they barely spoke english and just kept saying the same thing no refunds or exchanges I was extremely disappointed because nor did I get the item that I wanted, but I also didn’t get my money back I did not have time to sit and call the cops and go back-and-forth over $3 but I had the time to make a review today!!! Horrible customer service!!!!

The staff is really friendly but the points card NEVER works there so I don't stop there unless I really have to.

Honestly a very good location, their fuel prices are competitive. Much better station than the competitor next door, they are garbage. They have a large store which is clean with a lot of your regular gas station, food, coffee, drinks and whatnots.

Go here often because it's close to my house. Generally okay, except that about half the pumps won't reliably print receipts. Despite bringing it to their attention many times this has gone on for years!

Purchased spoiled half and half yesterday. Called the manager and explained that since we live 15 miles away we will return for a replacement at our convenience. Got no apology. Just told "bring it back". Carla agreed to replace the product the next time we are in the area. Let's see. I will report on the outcome.

This morning (4/25/22) at about 6:55 I stopped into this location for Iced Tea and a Breakfast sandwich. This is something I recently (within the last month or so) started doing when I discovered they had breakfast sandwiches ready to go. I selected my items and went to the register. The cashier on the right was helping a customer and the cashier on the left was getting her till ready. After the cashier on the right finished with her customer, she informed me that I had to use the other register because she was out of 1s. I asked if I could pay with a card but got no answer. So, I stood there while the other cashier was counting out her till. Eventually she acknowledged me and let me know that I would have to wait for her to finish counting her till before she could ring me up. I again asked if I could pay by card and was again informed that I had to wait for the cashier on the left to count down. I informed them that I had to get to work but apparently at this point in the process there was no way to help. I then left everything on the counter and stormed out informing the cashiers that I need to get to work. At just before 7 they had 2 cashiers and neither were available to ring me up so that I could get to work on time. Once on the road I continued to think about what happened and became more and more aggravated. I called the gas station with the intention of getting contact info for management. The first call wasn't answered, the second call I was hung up on after angrily being informed that someone called out today and that they were short-handed, that they couldn't get in touch with the manager and that I had to understand that some people have child care issues. I informed her once again that I had a job to get to. She hung up on me without getting me the requested information. I attempted a 3rd call but my cell signal was not strong enough. Her argument that of needing child care really doesn't hold water as my transaction should have taken less than a minute. As a result of the cashiers' lack of focus on customer service, and I don't feel that I am being unreasonable thinking that one cashier shouldn't close until another is ready to start their shift, they have lost what would have been a regular customer. Instead, I ate my lunch for breakfast and currently am not sure if I will have time to go get another lunch today. Based on the way that business is conducted and the way I was treated I will not return to this establishment. I don't feel that keeping the register open for one more customer really would have changed the course of their day and ability to get home. But it certainly had an impact on my day and I certainly will be sharing my experience with everyone who will listen because, well, I've earned that. My only regret is that I didn't get the names of the women GETTING PAID to HELP customers. I understand the world is short handed but this is basic customer service.

This Mobil gas station in Red Oaks Mill, Poughkeepsie NY has been around for many years. I have gased up different cars throughout the years and I have always gotten good gas, no water in it. Thus. I recommend Mobil.
