Joe and his mechanics are terrific. Honest, fair, fast - you can give them a list and everything on it will be done. I've got a 25 year old SL500 and it goes here for all its routine service. Excellent value for the money.

Joe is very good at what he does. Mainly bBENZ as the a name indicates works mostly on Mercedes-Benz cars, BMW's, and Porches are also seen in the lot.

My father passed away in March 2023. At the time his 1979 Mercedes 450SL was at Mainly Benz for repairs. He had recently purchased his dream vehicle and wanted to get it fixed up.It took me a little while to figure out where the car was since I live out of State and my father didn't leave any information re what shop the car was at. I finally was able to trace it back to Mainly Benz and called in May and spoke with Joe who said he knew my father, offered his condolences & confirmed that the car was at the shop. He said it had been there for some time & he hadn't looked at it recently and was waiting to discuss what to do with it w/ my father, who was quite ill during the last few months of his life. Joe said he'd take a look at the car and get back to me the following day and mentioned he might have someone willing to buy the car since it is a collectible.I never heard back from Joe. I have called several times and left voicemails. Once a woman answered the phone and said Joe wasn't there but would give him a message.The attorney handling my father's estate sent a letter to the shop in an attempt to get some resolution, the letter went unanswered.I'm the executor of the estate and made the mistake of letting Joe know that I'm out of State and it would appear that he's taken that as an opportunity to keep the car. It's a sad state of affairs when a business takes advantage of someone's passing in order to make a buck. Buyer beware.

First time getting service done on my BMW here and I will definitely come here again! Joe and his crew are knowledgeable, professional, honest, and all round great people. I was able to save a ton of money getting my ac and some other general maintenance fixed on my car here rather than the dealership and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this place to anyone who owns German cars because of their trustworthy work.

Awesome service. Would never go back to the Mercedes dealership again. This place is so much better. Only open Monday - Friday and about a 2 week wait. So set your appointment.

Joe does great work, is honest and has great prices. If you drive a Mercedes or BMW and live within driving distance look no further than Mainly Benz. Been a customer for over 7 years and my only regret is not going to Joe sooner.Services: General repairs & maintenance
