TRUSTWORTHY comes to mind but is not enough to describe Mag Auto!
While in their office I could see they truly treat each other like family, with kindness and respect. That's the kind of establishment you can trust. They take the stress away and tend to your wants and needs. Plus they take care of it all. Painless and easy. Also, a few days after I left with my new car, I heard a noise, brought it back and was told "anything is fixable". Now that's the kind of people I want in my life! They offered me a loaner while they repaired my car and completed the job sooner than I expected. I left there hugging my sales person. Talk about making ME feel like family. 100% referring to everyone I know.

When buying a car, they gave us a great experience and excellent service. The salesman, Drew Harris, didn't pressure us while we were looking at their inventory, and the price he gave us was excellent! He answered all our questions, took all of our concerns into account, and we got a great car from there!

We just recently purchased our FOURTH vehicle from MAG Auto and we couldn't be more pleased! We would never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. The entire staff (which is all family owned & operated, which I just love!) is beyond friendly, helpful & they all help to make the car buying process as easy, enjoyable & seamless as possible. We have dealt with Poppy this most recent time, as well as the second to last time and he is just awesome! He makes sure you get what you want, at an affordable monthly payment that works for you - and they take care of all the DMV "fun" - so you don't have to go there in person - because who wants to stand in line at the DMV? They offer a huge selection of vehicles with prices to fit most anyone's budget - AND they take trade ins, which greatly helped us out! They have taken 2 of our older cars as trade ins and this most recent time, our older car wasn't able to be fixed/ cleaned up enough to resell, so they said they would scrap it for us and apply the $$$ toward down payment of new car. How great is that? Again, my family and I couldn't be more pleased with how we've been treated over the years. We have been return customers at MAG for OVER 10 years - and we won't go anywhere else. It's just amazing. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go here. It's not your normal dealership only looking for the money. They appreciate their customers and are very honest and willing to help you if they can . I don't know about anyone else, but that's what I look for going to a place for a car . Thank you again. From the site inquiry to the email response to the phone call to stepping in the door to driving off the lot with my purchase the service at MagAuto was nothing less than 5 star service. Absolutely ? excellent service, awesome vehicles. This family owned and run dealership does not disappoint. I don’t really know if he’s a car dealership or it’s just cars for show. I work behind him at the school for four years and none of his cars move lol his four-door Jeep wranglers have been out there for five months. They’re insanely overpriced. Even during Covid when nobody had cars, he always had cars because his prices are insane. I don’t know if this even counts as a review.

Just bought a VW Tiguan from them, the car is beautiful, and runs smooth. I was nervous going into it, because I had a bad experience at another dealership just before coming in here. Poppy was awesome , and helped me figure out what documents I was gonna need to get approved for financing (this was my first time financing a car) and he did everything he could to make sure I'd get approved . I love my car , and every person working there was friendly, and very helpful. I walked out with probably my favorite car so far , and the whole experience was great , they made it all very painless, got the car inspected and made sure I had nothing to worry about as far as maintenance goes for a while . Next time I need to purchase a car , I am definitely coming here to see them .

I wish I had more space to write about Poppy & team: When we found my mommy dream car on his site me and my husband JUMPED: not only was this the car we wanted, we have been buyers of MAG/Poppy before and it does not get better (this is our 2nd car with MAG and have referred countless others who are happy!): He, and his WONDERFUL team did everything to make sure we left in it -- and we had a complicated file; we did it though! Everyone was so patient with my questions, phone calls to insurance, and not to mention my tiny baby girl who spilled snacks everywhere in excitement!

Poppy sold us a faulty car. Two weeks after driving it, the car was jumping. I wonder if this is a common practice of theirs, selling people faulty cars. Very unsatisfied. with them.
