Waiting long time to get help from staff in the store. When I finally get help, I was told the item is out of stock even though the sale just started. And the store staff has no idea when it will be new shipment.

I used to shop H D . Done
Ilike folks and deals at Lowes.
Get a commercial account c.c.. They really try to go extra mile. I SPENT ALOT of money at H D and nothing but points that amounted to nothing.

This place is hit or miss when it comes to customer service and their new policy rules make customer service even worse and confusing so it's not the employee's fault but the company itself. Last time I was here I had forgotten my Lowe's card at home and told the employee they said no problem just give us your info which I did and it was easy peasy check-out. My wife came here and the same thing happened and they refused to ring her up even after she had given her private information. Ever since that incident I think we will just go to our local hardware store.

Employees are helpful, but the salespeople don't let up even when you tell them no. The wifi is also not good, which prevents me from using the Lowes app to navigate the store better.

Train your employees better this morning at around 8:30 an employee at the checkout of this store was asking me for my ID... he is not a police officer to ask me for my ID. Not a researcher
I didn't throw the party there because I was in a hurry... but next time I'll throw the party for you.
And we don't stop until court... because of racism and indiscrimination. The employee is not there to think about who they are and if I am who they think I am... I already spoke with the lawyer and in the next time if this fact is repeated again I know what steps to take

Have you employe take a shower, every time we went this place in the evening there is always a clerk by the self check out sleeping while standing and customer service staff are rude and disrespectful.

Lowes is always where I find what I need for home improvement projects. Helpful staff too I planned out my kitchen and I made several changes before ordering with the help of the kitchen designer.
