Mum season and I can never seem to get mums that last more than a few days. Is it me or are the moms just inferior? Still. I can't help myself at this time of year. It's the only thing that seems to bring enough color into a drab landscape. So I'm back at Lowe's for a few more. Maybe I'll put them in the ground this time.

I bought a dishwasher from the store and paid $150 to remove the old one. They never took the old dishwasher and still charged $150. I have spent about 4-5 hours trying to get the $150 reimbursed and their employees lie over the phone. Lowes won't care unless people boycott this store. After reading other reviews it makes sense...

Can't stand these whiney reviews that blame the store for their own mistake. I've shopped here dozens of times and am always impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service offered by most employees. Very different from my experience at a competing Big Box which is closer to my home, but which I will no longer patronize. Prices are competitive, order online and they'll bring it right to your vehicle!

Lowe's just sent me two open containers of ice melt leaving me with 16 lbs of loose ice melt in a box. After being kept on hold for over an hour, I'm now told I've got to wait two more days for a manager to call me back for a refund. Why support box stores when Amazon has much better customer service and isn't demanding that I figure out how to get a broken mess back to the store for a refund. Not worth dealing with a company who is 1. too inept to figure out how to ship a container and 2. too cheap to issue refunds for its screwups.

Wow, these guys are bad. I had an issue with a delivery. Driver was great and came close to when promised, but there was a broken tile and a bunch of missing products. Driver said for me to call the Poughkeepsie NY store to let them know. That all sounds great but the store will not answer their phones! I tried for a half hour on Friday and I'm up to 14 minutes trying today. So frustrating!

Purchased an entire kitchen appliance suite from Lowes in Poughkeepsie. I was told one price one day, came back the next day to be told that they were unwilling to honor the price given to me. I wound up spending a few hundred dollars more than we had agreed to, only to find out months after the fact that the service plan WASN'T INCLUDED IN THE EXTRA WE PAID. I now have a high end appliance that does not work, the manufacturer can not get parts (which is not their fault), and Lowes is REFUSING to exchange the oven for one that works even AFTER I OFFERED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE. I am highly disappointed by the way that Lowes treated me, and will ultimately wind up having to purchase a different oven from a competitor.

Been coming here for many years for our needs, and never been an issue for us. Many of the items for each department carry a big variety, which is great to see. With a huge space and also with enough workers, they do a wonderful job keeping the sales floor clean along with shelves being recovered and neat. Customer service is okay for the most part, but having more workers on the floor asking for assistance would be great. For the most part, we have been satisfied with each visit.

Ordered a refrigerator came damaged, did not have another refrigerator so I asked them to leave the dented one until a new came. Driver said no he had to bring it back. They redelivered after me calling and begging for them to let me use it in the mean time. They brought it back the next day. The original refrigerator also did not fit properly. Upgraded to a better and correct size . Asked the manager due to the inconvenience could they please throw in a 3 year warranty, didn't even think about it and his answer was NO!!!! After me taking a day off, several trips to lowes and phone callls I feel that's the least they could have done. I will never buy another appliance from them again!!!!!

No one ever picks up the phone here. I mean EVER! I have tried calling for two weeks now and it seems there is no customer service and they rather lose the business than pick up the phone. Either they are understaffed or lazy or both!

I shop here often but wanted to post a review after our last visit. One particular staff member was exceptional. Her name was Hanna (not sure of spelling) and she was absolutely a pleasure to speak with and receive assistance from. She offered her help to get items in our car several times. It's enlightening to experience genuine customer service.

My boyfriend and I just left the store, and no one was in appliances. Within eye view we saw several employees talking, and no one asked if we needed help. We asked two employees for assistance, and one asked the other if they wanted to help and there was silence. They told us the specialist in that department was out.

On 10/13/21, my wife and I stopped by and spoke with the Sales Specialist in Millwork Windows and Doors dept. to buy a ThermaTru double door to replace our existing entrance door which is approx. 60" wide double door with an arch transom. He did preliminary cost estimate for the door with the transon and scheduled Lowe's only one ( why only one?) installation contractor to stop by, measure the door and the transonm. On 11/9/21, Lowe's contractor owner stopped by, raised concern about the way current transom end was not fully bearing on the door frame. He said for the new door to work correctly he would shorten the door width. I was OK with that. Then he had concern with the wood piece behind door frame on one side. I said "do whatever you need to do, please make it work. There is nothing structural alterations necessary. All non-structural, architectural work involved. He never told me that he will not install the new door. That is exactly what he did - informing Sales Specialist on 11/10/21 he is unwilling to install the door due to his concerns. On 11/12/21, I stopped by with my wife to discuss with the Sales Specialist the nonsense reasons given by the contractor. I tried my best. Got no success with the Specialist. He did not challenge the contractor. He only listened to my commentary. I guess the contractor has good many simplistic work with doors and windows to reject our project. Don't waste your time and money dealing with Lowe's Specialist for important projects like entrance doors. Our experience with Lowe's has been extremely poor quality.
