Wish I could give them 0 stars. Terrible customer service they have a bunch of kids working in that location. They will sit laugh and have full conversations and ignore the customers. I left out went too finish line and made sure I walked passed snipes with 4 big bags so they can see the money they lost dummies.

Customer service report today I went in the store and I try to get the attention of a young man who seem to be responsible and he stand right in front of my face looking to my my eyes and ignore me in front of my life and my son the whole time without. no courtesy I was waiting for him Say something simple as me give me a minute I was so embarrassed am 52 years old. One of the poorest Customer Service I have a come across my life i’m sorry they just lost a couple hundred dollars because I wanted two pair of shoes from my son and a pair for myself. I never tell nobody to go to that store ever.

If I could give 0 stars to this store I would. I was looking around the store Saturday, February 25, waiting for a friend to complete her return and didn’t realize that my friend had told me that she’s going to another store, so I continued to browse. The staff working there around 3:00 pm made me extremely uncomfortable. They were all huddled in a group and laughing at me, looking directly at me. They were also making fun of my boots. Not how you treat customers, I will never go back in this store again. I will also be calling the store and making a complaint.

Nice selection but it sucks that your shopping there and you have to pay for a bag to put in the items you purchased. Damn to the owners you that hard up for cash that you stop supplying bags with your purchased items? Smh !!!
