Very nice and modern hotel. Large modern rooms, new bathroom with walk-in shower.
One complaint is that the dishes and cutlery are made of plastic - an investment in ceramics and metal would add to the good impression.
Rooms: Large modern rooms, comfortable beds
Food and drinks: Good breakfast, unfortunately on plastic plates and cutlery

Comfortable and clean room. Front desk staff were friendly. Would stay here again but there were some things that were lacking. No chromecast for streaming like most Hyatt place hotels. Pool and gym required you to ask the front desk for access every time. Getting to the hotel driveway is somewhat tedious, requiring a U-turn for entry or exit depending on which way you are coming from or going to. Shared driveway with a storage facility was odd. Nothing really walkable nearby.

Just stayed here on 8/17/2024. We are staying in room 420. Sunday morning around 8am, the shower has NO hot water and NO water pressure. We went downstairs to the front desk and addressing the issue. The response was that the maintenance personnel are not due until later today. Then I was asking to speak to a manager, and she is not due till 9am but the front desk lady said she will relate that to her when she gets here. Around 930am we went to the front desk, and tried to find out if the manager is here. She said yes, and the manager came out from her office and greeted us at the front desk. She was not awared of the issue that we were experienced about the hot water. She said she has my email address and she will communicate with me. I have not heard from her at all. Obviously, there are issues with the demand of hot water supply in "rush hour". As a guest, it is a basic necessities. The hotel needs to investigate when a customer brings us real issues and not just to dismiss them and let it be.

Overall was pretty good. However, there's little variation day after day for the breakfast, the pool is not cleaned oftenly as I found the same band-aid for a couple of days and it's ice cold even for summer time, finally for the price there's no bathtub nor microwave in the room. Good if you plan to stay just a couple of days or just a place to stay the night.
Food and drinks: Not too much variety.

Nice clean hotel. Easy parking. Lovely self service breakfast. The restaurant in middle of nowhere is way overpriced, especially with the drinks. Go to shadows on the Hudson instead. Walls are super thin. U hear everything.

The rooms are clean and nice. Bed is very squeaky. However, don't listen when they say they will comp the room. They aren't being truthful. Make sure you get whatever they arr telling you in writing period. Customer service is piss poor in my opinion

Great stop for an overnight trip to Vermont. Great service, clean room and facilities, good breakfast (a definite step up from the norm). The basics were sorted; with nice additional touches. The pool provided a welcome start to the day. As first time visitors to a Hyatt Place would definitely seek them out in future.

Upon arriving at the hotel in the early evening, I noticed the parking lot was mostly empty. However, the room I was assigned had a toilet that was not flushing properly. I promptly informed the front desk host, Alex, who came to inspect the issue but informed me that maintenance would only be available the next day and suggested I wait. When I asked if I could be moved to another room, Alex immediately denied my request without checking the system, claiming the hotel was fully booked.
Disappointed by Alex's unhelpful attitude, I decided to escalate the issue by contacting Hyatt's corporate hotline. Within minutes, the hotel manager arrived with Alex at my door. After confirming the issue with the toilet, the manager swiftly arranged for me to be moved to another room. The contrast between Alex's initial refusal to assist and the swift resolution by the manager highlighted a significant gap in customer service.
I was impressed by the responsiveness and support from Hyatt's corporate team and Expedia, who also intervened on my behalf to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Their intervention underscored the importance of effective customer service escalation procedures.
Overall, while the initial interaction with Alex was frustrating and not reflective of Hyatt's customer service standards, I appreciated the swift resolution once the issue was escalated. The hotel room and amenities were clean, which was a positive aspect of my stay.

Very clean, decent value, the snacks at the lobby are grossly overpriced, standard hotel practice, Gym and pool are small and functional, The breakfast spread was OK, I could use pancakes and /or sausage , but maybe it's just me. The WiFi went down and the night manager was extremely rude when I brought it to his attention, before this episode I was considering coming back, now not so much
