I’m a regular customer on this store.. But they won’t exchange my items . It’s brand new and never even tried it. They should have been specific when I bought it and say prior to buying that it’s final sale and should have inform me as a customer that No Returns No Exchange policy before I bought the items.. Yet they recommend I should just donate the items..I will never ever shop here any more as a customer in the future.
Very bad customer sales service.

No privacy for women in the fitting rooms!!! 😳!!! Men changing right next you! Especially these days when everyone has cameras, not a good move! I was very uncomfortable! Needless to say, I will never go back! Better to choose the bigger department stores!!

I wish I could leave 0 stars... this was the WORST customer service experience I've ever had. I wish I knew who trained these managers because their customer care is close to none. DONT BUY THEIR JEWELRY. it's cheap as dirt and won't even last you a week. I bought this necklace and it broke off of me 3 days later. I go back to the store expecting some compensation. Nope. The manager who gossips to his staff his entire shift says "well since the item is defected we can't take it back"... okay.. so If I recorded the cheap plastic beads falling all over the ground then would you have given me another one? It doesn't help that the girl at the register is chomping her gum disrespectfully and vigorously in my face. If this wasn't a meaningful necklace I gladly would've left. But no. My girlfriend told me to buy another one. It is now $20 that I have spent for a plastic necklace made out of string. guess what.. surprise.. 4 days later, it breaks again. DO NOT BUT JEWELRY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE GARBAGE. oh and the manager refused to search up the online receipt through my email since I didn't have a physical copy. Very poor customer service skills. If you're expecting to get a refund without a receipt, here is not the place

RUDE sales associate wouldn't even make eye contact when I approached her was completely condescending and disrespectful when I asked her very politely if they could remove a dress from a mannequin on the sales floor (not even in the front window) bc they didn't have my size and the next sz up was too big . She responded with we don't do that, I said I've never heard of that even working retail myself every store I've ever been to has never given me a problem doing that she responded with "we are not every store" and "Oh well". I then asked to speak to the store manager who was extremely unhelpful and telling me the sales associate that was rude is just doing her job I will not be returning to this location! Awful customer service skills even if for some reason they could not remove the dress from the mannequin she could have handled it properly and not been rude and condescending!

Amazing and kind stuff here. I meant to write a review sooner but I couldn’t remember the location. I had fainted in the store when my fiancé and I at the time we’re shopping for a suit for him for our wedding. and the staff was nothing but kind throughout the whole thing. They got me water and kept checking on me and didn’t rush me away. Thank you so much to the staff to help me I just wish I got your names. ❤️
