If I can give them a - 10 star I would. I had an appt. Right time and day and i work downtown Manhattan and took a day off for my hair. When I get there 10 min before my appt. The stylist in the first chair was RUDE and NASTY and tells me I don't have an appt. and that the lady who I made my appt. wiith in person on saturday for a Friday doesn't know anyone that works on a weekday. She doesn't apologize or offer to squeeze me in or even explain nicely there was a mix up. Instead she argues and tells me oh well too bad. I WILL DEFINITELY tell everyone I know never to go there. Just a rude miserable woman she was and no customer service etiquette at all. DONT GO THERE and whoever that blonde in the first chair was should get FIRED!!

As a busy full time working mom, I rarely have time to make a hair appointment, so I was looking forward to treating myself. After waking up early from a night shift, arrived to be told I was late and the stylist I was supposed to sit with was gone. I know I had the right name and time in my calendar. No apology, no offer to fit me in. Thankfully I went as a walk in to a salon nearby and had the best haircut of my life, so I guess I should thank them (:

My daughter, mother-in-law, and I were in town for a family wedding, and we made appointments to get our hair done. This salon is amazing! Every minute of our time there was absolutely wonderful, and we will definitely come back again if we're ever in the area. Everyone was kind, and everything was absolutely relaxing. I can't stress enough how much fun and wonderful this was!

I have kinky curly hair and Michelle is the only person In the area that does the Ouidad cut perfectly! I never have a complaint and love coming back! Great staff and service

I've been a loyal client at a salon in Westchester for nearly 10 years, but I just couldn't make the drive anymore. Naturally, I was nervous to try somewhere new, but as soon as I met Michelle and sat in her chair I immediately felt at ease. She was so warm and welcoming and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made suggestions that ended up being exactly what I wanted without me even knowing it! Everyone in the salon was very friendly, and the shampoo room was so relaxing. I can't recommend Halo Couture enough.

These ladies did a fabulous job for me and my party on my wedding day! We had some hiccups getting makeup finished up in time next door but these ladies pushed through it and made it happen! Diana even worked with the last minute switch up on my hair that my bridesmaids and moms suggested. My hair came out perfect and lasted the entire day!
