Adams Garden Center in Poughkeepsie is a nice, clean place offering a wide selection. It provides flower and vegetable seeds, including organic, imported and heirloom varieties, along with seed-starting kits, potting soil, garden tools, and pots. For lawn care, it carries grass seed, composters, and watering cans. Seasonal favorites like bulbs, tubers, and corms are always in stock, alongside year-round items like bird feeders and quality pet food. The business also enhances outdoor spaces with patio furniture and Weber grills. The store is very nice looking, with a pretty big parking lot. While some find it a bit pricey overall, it has an excellent assortment and you can find really good deals. The food is good, with amazing meat, and the clams and oysters are described as blow your mind fresh and delicious, a clear buy. Staff are very nice and go above and beyond, providing exceptional service for needs like last-minute decorations or gift baskets. The result is often exceptional, making the space shine.
I recently took my 16 month old great granddaughter to your Renaissance show in the Poughkeepsie store and throughout the whole display, she kept saying “WOW!” When you get a wow from a 16 month old, you know it was terrific! I concur it was simply fabulous! Thank you for such a gorgeous display!

It is a nice places and the workers are very nice. Also the food is good and Adams is very nice looking and clean, on the inside and outside. Not too cheep not too expensive and the parking lot is pretty big. And the meat is amazing.

Our organization needed to find some last minute decorations for our staff party. When we called and spoke with Alyssa she went above and beyond and got us the most beautiful Pointsettia plants for the tables. Our staff loved them they really made the space shine. Thank you so much Alyssa for being amazing!!
