GameStop is horrible! Spent 700$ on the psvr2 and they only offer 100$ trade in for cash?! Are you joking! They need to be sued and shut down! Same with the OLED switch they sell used for 349.99 and take it in on cash for 91$ with a pro account! Absolutely not! Never doing business with GameStop ever again. Complete thieves.

Mikki and Matthew like to harass and guilt trip about the reward programs even after saying no politely, told us we are intentionally trying to sabotage their jobs for coming to this gamestop and not wanting to renew. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Sean was amazing tonight he helped me with finding out why my PS4's controllers were not working and was able to get everything working again for me. Just in time for an important meeting I have to give these to some happy kids the deserve them thanks a million times over Sean game stop make sure yous keep employees like this I will forever do business with just this location.

The staff is very knowledgeable about all the latest tech/gaming products and are happy to help. They have also added many new products under the memorabilia, clothing, and collectibles section. Highly recommended. Could benefit from a better organized used games section for an easier and quicker shopping experience.
