This was my first Ford Purchase. I was happy that they had the vehicle in stock. I worked with Ian, he did a great job and was very thorough. The manager, I think it was Bryan, could be wrong. He was very helpful as well. I would recommend this dealership

If I could give these people a zero I would what they did to me was indispicable and disgusting. I went there to fix a recall on my vehicle and while I was there I also needed an inspection done. This Guy sitting in the front tells me my license plate light and my fog lights were out and it was about $120.00 to replace them. I said I didn't want it done they said they had to fail me. I was going to take it back to the place I just purchased the car from but changed my mind and was about to fix them myself, the lights on the back and the front both came back on . Fast-forward today I call them up to let them know they wrongfully failed me they said I needed to pay again. So I went to my old mechanic he discovered someone had completely unplugged the cord from my light. My mechanic only plugged it all the way back in and everything was as good as new. I had to pay my mechanic for a separate inspection. What these low life's will do for two shilling. Thank God I was smart enough to say no. They would rather loose a customer than do the right thing there is nothing friendly about this place. Go to Sals Auto if you need an inspection he's a good guy so far.

I called Friendly Ford with an issue in my SUV. I explained to them what it felt like. I was able to drop my car off the night before my appointment. The day of my appointment, I called to find out what was wrong and they explained to me what was happening and what needed to be done. They ordered parts and fixed my SUV in a timely matter! I thought I was treated very well and got a reasonable price!

Very helpful and super quick service. Highly recommend to ANYONE does not matter if you have a Ford or not if you need somewhere to go either for service or something more then just a simple service keep Friendly Ford in mind. They really are “Friendly” Jeff was really helpful and kept me up to date at all times!

Jose and Brian Helped me so much when finding a car!! It was my first time buying a car and as a woman it can be intimidating to walk into a dealer by yourself, but no warranty was pushed, they didn’t try and scam me. They were very honest and open to all of my questions (silly or not). I would absolutely recommend!!

I found the exact car I was looking for on the website, Dave called me right away and made sure the whole process went smoothly. When the car arrived from factory, he made sure I was able to come in early, sign any papers, grab the keys and go! The staff was super friendly and I will be doing all my future Ford business with them

I have purchased several cars from there and they have always been terrific. Service has been equally as wonderful, their prices are fair and I am yet to have a bad experience. I do however have newer cars that are under warranty still so that makes some difference, but either way they have always been terrific to do business with.

They are so helpful. They take there time when they explain things. They are just wonderful. I just lost my husband and this is was my first time having to do work on my car. They took there time with me. I will definitely will be back.

They aren’t called Friendly Ford for no reason! Every single person I encountered in this dealership was so incredibly nice and accommodating. I had the pleasure of test driving and purchasing a vehicle with Dave in sales. He made me feel so welcomed and explained every detail of the car before the test drive. As a woman, sometimes walking into a dealership can be anxiety ridden, but not here! Dave answered all of my questions and I never felt “strong armed” to upgrade, embarrassed to ask questions, or voice my opinions\concerns. Finance, managerial, and reception staff were all equally as friendly and welcoming. Thank you Friendly Ford for a great experience =)

Living in Maryland, I wish my local Ford dealership was this good. Friendly Ford features a great service department. From the moment I walked in I saw a clean and efficient group of professionals, both in the office and in the service bays. My son is a student at CIA and his explorer had a leaky moonroof. The mechanic quickly determined it was blocked drains which they cleared. We will be doing all of our factory service at Friendly Ford from this point forward. It's a great day when I find a service department I can trust and that's at Friendly Ford!

Extremely satisfied with my recent car buying experience at Friendly Ford. The whole team was super attentive throughout the process. While I've heard horror stories about other dealerships, Friendly Ford honored all the pricing and helped me get the best deal possible while completing all the paperwork. Huge shout out to Jose, Bryan, Megan and Bobby. I love my car and highly recommend this dealer.

This visit was for an oil change. I had an appt for 11am and they said I would be next up since they only have 2 technicians working that day. I said your lobby is full don’t worry about me, get to it when you can. There was issues with the dealership accessing Ford Pass (I wanted to use my points to pay for my service). This guy found the only person in the building that was able to access Ford Pass and was able to close out my transaction so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. This dealership has gone above and beyond since my first time waking in looking to purchase my Bronco.
