Great customer service does still exist! I called in today to see if an item was in stock in the store that is a few states away. When most stores would have just said ‘no, sorry we don’t have it’ Elise went above and beyond to put together a quote for me and offer to have the items delivered. She followed up with me every step of the way when she said she would with email and phone and was beyond pleasant. Devin, the store manager, was wonderful as well and was very concise, courteous and knowledgeable. If I could buy everything at Fortunoff Poughkeepsie, I would!

Our experience was flawless! They gave us a great deal and had a lot of patience with us. Elise and Devin took the time to make sure we bought the right outdoor furniture for our space. So happy with the purchase and totally recommend them to anyone looking for any patio furniture. Very pleased and thank you!!!!

I thought Devine and Elise were so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, just very wonderful to be in both of their presence,it’s so great to still find a store that truly does everything to satisfy a customer. It’s Very hard to find these days no one seems to care anymore. They both went above and beyond and I purchased two beautiful Christmas trees and I will be back! Excellent service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ . By far the best customer service !

I can’t say enough about Devin and his staff! My wife and I recently purchased a teak dining set and Devin went above and beyond to make sure our bill and financing was correct. Great customer service and a great product!

Fortunoff has always been my store of choice for all my backyards needs. The staff is always very helpful and very knowledgeable of the product. If anything goes wrong they always have a solution.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I originally gave this store a good rating because my salesperson was great, but after that, HORRENDOUS product, delivery and customer service experience. Didn't even have our outdoor set 6 months before the extension cracked. Trying to get a replacement piece was ridiculous. First the woman answering the phone told me she was the assistant manager, then when I had to follow up because she did nothing, she told me she had no authority and could not "bother" the manager, because he was on vacation. They actually delivered the replacement while I was traveling without any notice, so it was just sitting on my porch, box completely wet with no paperwork attached. On top of that, they expected me to take the table apart and fix it myself. Took weeks to resolve, and the piece they sent was darker. Since then, the table has been chipping all over the edges. Waste of money with no compensation for the hassle and cheap product.

We were looking for some new pool area furniture and possibly a new outdoor dining set. When we walked in we were greeted by Mark & Devin. Great customer service and we ended up placing a order for everything we were looking for given the quality of the items versus other stores. Devin, who is now the location’s manager helped us with everything along the way, very accommodating, would highly recommend this store and staff.

We had a terrific experience today at Fortunoff. Our second time here. The staff was patient with us as we spent several hours deciding on our purchase. They were knowledgeable and we never felt pressured.I would highly recommend. Quality outdoor furniture too!
