Louis is a master at his craft, a perfect mixture of Picasso & Michael Angelo. His experience and knowledge is evident by the excusiite painstaking care and attention to detail he gives when detailing my car. No matter what condition I bring it to him in, I always know that I will receive my car looking absolutely beautiful and looking brand new. I wouldn't trust my car's care to anyone but him. Where do I start? Louie runs an incredible business. From the first interaction where he answered my questions promptly and thoroughly, all the way through to the pick up of my fully ceramic-coated vehicle, Louie is an absolute professional and provides truly excellent service. It is rare these days to have someone actually care about detail and their work, but it is so evident when interacting with Louie, and the proof is in the product. I picked up my new Mini this morning from the Exclusive shop, and the car looked amazing!! Louie even gave me a ride to the rental car company near the shop while my car was being worked on!! This kind of service and care is unparalleled in my experience, and deeply appreciated. Louie and his shop now have a customer for life!!

Incredible service. We got a full detail and ceramic coating. Our car looked better than the day we bought it. It was spotless inside and out. He also detailed a used car our son bought that was filthy and wreaking like smoke. He managed to get the car smelling fresh and incredibly clean. The communication from Louie is very professional yet friendly. His attention to detail is fantastic. His prices are better than other shops that don’t do nearly as good of a job. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! I called before I made the appointment because I was afraid they would use products that would either have a scent or would make the interior or the car shiny. My car is fairly new so I didn’t want that. I talked to Louie before I made the appointment. He explained that it would not be the case and he was right! My car was immaculate, inside and out, and yet, no new scent. The car just looked and smelled like it did when I first got it new. Great great service. Thank you Louie!

Brought my car in to have pair protection film applied to my hood and front quarter panels and I was so amazed at the superb job he did. I can’t even see the film he did such a great job! Definitely coming back to have my car detailed next!

Booked an appointment to surprise my wife for her birthday with a detail at our home. The guy who came was not friendly and left multiple spots untouched. Headliner, middle console, and glovebox, and rear glass untouched…. Very disappointed
