I scheduled an appointment for 810 an was here at 8 (opening time) door was locked no one here. Called no answer, I called another location and they called her and couldn't reach anyone. It's now 845 and still no one here. I am beyond aggravated with this place. They want your copay and money like yesterday but have no issues making you wait and could care less about your time. Why say you open at 8 if no one is going to be here to open up.

I walked in to this urgent care and they were honest about the wait times. But the wait was on the lower end of the range she gave me. Everyone was super nice. The doctor was also great. He asked thorough questions to make sure he was giving me the right treatment! Great experience overall.

Saturday right before close they took my 10 yr old daughter who was suffering from a sore throat. Patient and courteous service right from the start!! Thank you Renee and Alex!!!!

I came into Emergency One the other day and I had the best experience with an absolute Angel of a PA named Renee. She was so thoughtful of me while I was suffering from an injury and I was nervous, and she made me feel calm and respected and heard. I wish she was my primary.

Very easy process. Everyone there was very helpful and welcoming. I don’t enjoy going to the doctor’s office but they answered all of my questions which made it a more comfortable experience.

I signed in online for 8am when they opened. After waiting 15 minutes I was notified the doctor does not arrive until 8:30am. To have to wait another 15 minutes for the doctor to arrive late.

Beyond unhappy with these fools. Doctor was in and out within 3 minutes. Misdiagnosed me and gave me the wrong medicine. Told me multiple times “you’ll be fine” only to find out I had pneumonia. Much more to type about how unhappy I am with these people but I will leave it at that. You guys should be embarrassed as doctors, all you care about is getting the patient in and out and charging them for it. I will never return to this shab business again.

Terrible place. They no longer take my insurance and instead of putting that online they only post it on the door and i drive 40 minutes for nothing.

Great experience! The building is new and very clean. Staff was very nice and super efficient. Doctor went over the medications he was prescribing and why. Overall I was very impressed with the service.
