Moving from Rochester to the Poughkeepsie area a year ago was a BIG move for us! Eastdale Village made this decision much easier. Eastdale is perfect for us as we downsized from our large home and needed a place that did not need work. We have a beautiful apartment that gives us space and gorgeous surroundings! Shops, amenities and a staff that is helpful and understanding. This is a great place for older couples like us and younger families. Thank you Eastdale Village!

This place is massive. They have created an entirely new town. There is a main street with multiple stores, restaurants, coffee, bagel, and gift shops, and they are building more. There are also some medical facilities and offices in the area, so it looks like someone could retire here and walk to everything they need. Pool and clubhouse as well.

Eastdale Village has it all! Everything about this community is fantastic. It is truly a “community.” Management takes great care to ensure that all aspects of residency are promptly and thoroughly fulfilled. WE have it all — bagels, pizza, coffee, pastries - and the list goes on and on. Stop by and see for yourself!

Eastdale has been nothing short of amazing since we moved in 2 years ago! All of our neighbors are wonderful, the shops have everything you could want, and the maintenance teams are always on top of any requests or concerns you have! Not to mention, the apartments themselves are modern, cozy, & beautiful!

I love everything about Eastdale. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and safe. Super dog-friendly, which is a huge plus for me personally, and everyone is so friendly. The shops are awesome and there's more to come! I'm very, very happy here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Love Eastdale! After selling our home and moving into the 2/2 apartment (1 year ago this month) I was thrilled to find it very spacious and the closets huge which made the transition very easy!! The grounds and buildings are kept immaculate!!!! Very happy here!!!!

Recently moved into Eastdale Village South and I could not be happier, the staff are so friendly and accommodating and do everything they can to help. Not to mention- we have had some big storms with snow and ice and they are amazing at removal! I could not say enough good things about Eastdale!

We recently downsized and moved into one of the Eastdale Town center Townhouses. The best decision we have ever made. We love it here. It is safe snd the grounds are immaculate. The townhouse is beautiful! They are so many amenities. Not to mention all the wonderful shops. The staff is so easy to work with and made our move easy! People are so very friendly.

Almost 2 years into our time living at Eastdale and we have nothing but positive things to say! The apartments are beautiful and spacious, and the amenities are great - especially the gym and the pool. The Eastdale team is incredibly helpful and responsive - special shoutout for their incredible snow removal processes. The new shops and restaurants are fantastic and we can't wait for more!

Exiting the year 2020, I knew I needed to relocate to a place with a sense of community. The Eastdale Village Apartments has clearly established that foundation here. They have made it a point to include the little extras that make life convenient. Having all these wonderful amenities within walking distance is an added bonus to my already beautiful apartment. The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the property is immaculately maintained. I couldn't be happier with my decision to become a resident here.

Eastdale is much more than just an apartment complex. It offers comfort, convenience and community all in one place. The new upgraded apartment space gives you the perfect foundation to create your very own home sweet home, and the many amenities such as a pool, fire pit, and bocci ball court await right outside your door. Walk a bit further and you will have the option to grab a bite to eat at the various eateries Eastdale has to offer and view some of the local specialty stores that lie within the Eastdale village. What sets this establishment above and beyond all others is the community that comes along with your residency. Rather it be your neighbors, or the on call staff there is always someone there to help with any need big or small. The residents are extremely friendly and the staff is always accommodating. During the warmer months the Eastdale village extends their community by hosting events such as “Second Fridays”, “Pop-ups”, and “Fairs”. It is definitely a place worth exploring as they are always adding new local businesses, events, etc, and if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to live here I highly recommend you take advantage of it!
