Really great! They took the time to make my dog feel more comfortable, played with him and gave him treats. I am so thankful that we found such a great Vet to take care of our dog! They are all so friendly! :)

Dr. Haight is excellent. She also personally follows up as does her staff. She and her staff are professional and kind. Saturday hours.

I love the Staff from the receptionists to the technicians ( today was Angie) to the Assistants ( today Jess) to the most caring , sympathetic, warm, knowledgeable Veterinarian Dr. Michele BestHall. They all welcome you with a smile, my Shitzuh loves them, they spoil her with treats. Dr Best Hall is very thorough and very gentle with the animals. The office as well as the rooms are extremely clean. I would highly recommend them.

I enjoyed the care my dog received at the hospital. Alyssa was super nice scheduling the appointment and the girls in the appointments have been awesome. Everyone is super friendly!

The whole staff at Dutchess County Animal Hospital are always so caring and compassionate when it comes to my animals and any of my concerns. They are truely amazing and can deal with my crazy concerns and my sometimes crazy animals! The love they have shown all of my babies have been amazing! The staff and the doctors have always been willing to see my pets.To Dr. Haight, thank you for all of your care and compassion from day one with all of my babies. From the first resorbptive lesion to putting my sweet Ozzy to rest, you have been exceptional. Anytime I have questions or concerns you are willing to help and answer them even if I should know the answer. I also appreciate when you think referal to speciality is in the best interest for my animals. You mean a great deal to me being the vet I take my babies too for care! You are truely amazing! I highly value your emense knowledge and care.To Dr. Best-Hall, thank you for all of your care and compassion. It means the world to me to find a vet that truely cares for my animals and takes my concerns as vaild concerns. From the first time you met my lemon cat to now giving me valuable extra time with my old girl, you have been exceptional. You also mean a great deal to me being the vet who takes care of my babies. All of my pets have been patients at Dutchess County Animal Hospital for the last 15 plus years. I call today to make an appointment for my cat who is having some pain only to be told in a nasty tone the best that could be done is this Saturday at 10 am. She suggested that I seek other vets or emergency places. I did jokingly say are you gonna pay the $1500 it will cost. She then said that’s not my responsibility do you want Saturday or no? I said yah I will and she just hung up the phone. Did not ask my name or my phone number. Then proceeded about 3 minutes later to call a different number to say she made a mistake it’s not this Saturday but next Saturday. So if I were you looking into a vet I would choice wisely and pick a different vet this one clearly has issues with communication and how to deal with stress of booking appointments.
