You should tell people when they make an appointment you need a mask . Then you would be prepared, Receptionist has a bad attitude due to No communication from who ever makes the appointments.. The waiting Room needs some TLC , looks run down. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Every time I've gone I've recorded excellent customer service, quick appts and professional staff. Grateful to have them near my home.

Went to get MRI...first nurse's was Good Next nurse wish I knew her name she had short red hair n glasses she was extremely rude and unprofessional threatening to stop test BECAUSE I was there 45min and had to adjust.Then she wripped out my IV after she forgotten I had it on and tried to make me leave with it intact ..she must've of had a bad START of her day or she is NOT use to dealing with patient's with patience FIRST AND Last time me going to DRA imaging I wanna thank the women who got my CD imaging they were GREAT and respectful..Thank's AGAIN...HAVE GREAT HOLIDAYZ ...

Waited an hour for mammo, no one came out to recognize me or inform me of the long wait. Finally left and will reschedule. Very disappointed. Leaving people in the waiting room with Covid, Very unprofessional.

Very disappointed! They don’t have good communication! They don’t know where to send you for the so called covid testing you are required to have then don’t have the correct info about being able to have the test in the correct place 24 hrs before hand like I was trying! Because of your unprofessional ways of handling proper instructions the findings of my tumor is now on hold again!

They did not explain where to park, so we had to walk all over the place to try and find them, no sign outside to help find them, then we get inside finally, and they were rude on top of it

My husband needs an ultrasound. On the phone I was told that I could go in with him. Well now they are telling me to wait in the car. It's cold and rainy outside. Hopefully this is quick, because I'm wasting time and gas. They woman at the front desk was rude and getting an appointment was almost impossible. I can't wait to see the process when getting the results. I do not recommend DRA Imaging. Update: We have received and paid multiple bills from them. Total scam! They have 2 different companies reading the Ultrasounds and MRIs and you get bills for both. Absolutely ridiculous.
