Wasn't too bad on the wait. The number system is a little confusing because they are at different numbers for different needs. Hard to tell how long before your number is called.

Key to the DMV....have your paperwork in order. Download all your forms...make an appointment. I've only ever had a good experience there.

The DMV has infinitely improved over years ago!!! Great job!!! Years ago agents were rude, critical, and seemed to provide help in a very begrudgingly manner. Today, everyone was terrific, positive, helpful... even though I didn't have everything I needed, the staff helped understand exactly what I needed for my next visit.

The DMV isn’t a fun experience. The people who work here, though, genuinely want to help everyone sort through the bureaucratic nightmare. I was here for a while (surprise name change) and watched the workers communicate with each other and the customers. One worker even called another office for a customer to help them. Again, while DMVs suck, the people who work here are great.It’d be great if more workers could be hired, though!

I was a walk-in with title issues for two separate vehicles. The gentleman who helped me was pleasant, thorough, professional, and efficient.

Truthfully I hate leaving bad reviews but the individuals that I dealt with were full of wrong information and bad attitudes if it’s not just extremely convenient to go to this location don’t waste your time.

Nice experience, went there at 12:49 to change residence from Yonkers to Poughkeepsie, was done at 2..nice lady at window 14, very pleasant with a smile:) Nice!

I went there to do take my permit test. I was assisted by 3 women, 1 at the front desk, one who checked my documents and one who process me before and after completed the test. The service offered by these ladies was exceptional, they were so warm and caring they had me talking about it the next day. It can’t be the job I think they were just genuine. Excellent service.
