Because the store is packed with merchandise from top to bottom, an unusual item may be overlooked at first glance. So, it's best to ask Raj, the store owner, if the item is in stock. The odds are that it will be tucked away on a shelf and he will graciously point out the location.Vassar students have come to appreciate the store's convenient location and service (including summer storage for their dorm room items). The store has consistently proven to be the go-to-place for those items that one often needs right at the moment; simply stated "When you need it now and are ready to pay." Items such as, AAA batteries, a gel ice pack, a cake decoration, a gas filled balloon, WD-40, a certain size box, and even craft paper.The best part of the shopping experience is the friendly exchange of kind words with Raj, which my wife and I have enjoyed for the past 13 years.
