Im so happy I came to them to fix my jewelry. They did a beautiful job. Resized my ring that is very sentimental an had a chain fixed aswell. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Definitely gonna recommend an come back to De'S Jewelry.

Really bad decision bringing my jewelry here to be repaired. Expensive to say the least. Never did anyone take the time to discuss with me How my ring looks. It had a subtle tarnish/patina in between the basket weave design on the sides. Apparently they outsource the repair work on certain things. So when I got my ring back the patina had be polished away. They attempted to fix that mistake. And did a very poor job .sloppy like a child painting his first painting. Attempted to polish off some of it to just make it look even worse. I just payed and left.would not recommend this place for jewelry repair

They engraved a communion plate to commemorate my father's passing. The engraving was well done and tasteful.

My fiancé and I went into De’s to design an engagement ring. Dennis was so informative, sat with us and gave us all types of options and never pushed for one or the other. We felt informed about all the options and the end result was absolutely beautiful. This is a great place to go for any jewelry needs!! The costumer service is outstanding!!

I went in to have a sterling silver, charm bracelet fill with gardeners tools repaired. I sat down at a place near the door. One person was talking to an employee he and others employees never approached me to help. That has never happened to me in a jewelry store. This is the first negative review I have written since I been visiting Fishkill, NY.

I had an antique diamond engagement ring that needed some work. Jack fixed it and made it more secure without compromising the delicate and detailed design. They had it back on my wife's finger in no time and at a reasonable cost. It was excellent work and my wife was thrilled.
