I couldn't imagine a company being much worse than CRS tire in Poughkeepsie. Stay away unless you want to be ripped off!!! One of the 5 star reviews given is even by the manager. (John Bald). What a joke.

Terrible service... driver almost hit me as he ran the stop sign. I called the company to report it and was told to "**** off" and was then hung up on. I'm 6 months pregnant and this guy came inches from slamming into my car because he blew the stop sign

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a flat tire and with bad weather moving in rapidly, we called them from an auto repair facility only 5 MILES (ten minutes tops!) from their location....They told us it would be an hour at the most to get the tires to us.....3 1/2 HOURS LATER, the delivery guy FINALLY showed up with the tires...no apology, no explanation...nothing) I would NEVER, EVER deal with these people again....Call ANYBODY else, but NOT CRS!!
