They are fantastic.
Everyone is knowledgeable and thorough. Prescriptions and food orders are filled quickly. They get my cat in ASAP when there is an emergency. Check up calls after visits.

My pugs have both come to Creature Comforts since they were only a few weeks old. They love to go to the vet and we've always had a great experience with all the doctors and vet techs. I definitely feel like they care about my dogs and their health!

Staff is so friendly and helpful, doctors are wonderful. It means so much to me that they really care about creating a positive experience for my dog. Extended hours make it easy to find a time to come in, the office is always clean and stocked with treats, and there's plenty of parking. I'd give more stars if I could!

Had a terrible experience with creature comforts today I would like to share , my wife called this morning and made an appt for my dog for an watery eye , she asked what the visit would cost , she gave a price of $80 , so she made the appointment and came in to the office , they looked at the eye and prescribed drops . When she got to the counter they told her the bill was $286.00 , she said wow for what ? They at that point went over the bill, and the question was how did $80 go up $200 ? They then explained the charges to her , now not at any point did they say we are going to do this and it will cost this , only once it was done did they give her the break down, she was charged $105 for the meds ( btw the meds are $30 online ) so I called the office to speak with a manager who eventually called me back to talk to me, when she did she was super rude and said if I dispute the charges she will press charges on me ... And that she has on camera my wife agreeing with the charges when in fact she was only told once they had already done the work ! Do yourself a favor and try a more transparent Vet who doesn't take advantage of people who love there pets ( note when I tried to give her a scenario that if you bring your car for a noise how would she feel if they just brought it in and charged X amount of dollars with out any consent how would you feel ? Her response was " tiny is not a car " ) obviously the point was missed there
Don' t let yourself be taken advantage of because your pet doesn't feel well ?
Please also take note all the bad reviews here are removed !
Update ! Again point missed wife was never quoted for anything until it was done, not before plain and simple , and while I was not there I do record my calls and that's not how our talk went ! The call was basically my concern being ignored and blanketed with avoiding the point much like the reply to this , again she was not quoted and if your camera works as well as you say it does you would see her call me to tell me that the charges went from $80 to $280, I asked how and she said there were med cost which I understand ( these are marked up ) but again I understood this , what I didn't understand were the extra charges , in which she was not quoted for or told a price until they were done! That's the only point , me as a new customer of your facility would have liked to have been quoted for what was happening not at the counter during payment ! That's it be more transparent with your customers because again price was never given until the checkout counter is all, and no one wanted free services, actually would have paid more if quotes were given throughout the process instead of at the counter, that's all!
Taking advantage of a small business is not my goal, to be quoted for any service is proper protocol for any business large or small , saying that is like me saying you over charge people because we love our animals and they need help , but I'm not saying that I'm saying give quotes before the counter to pay that's it !

My bearded dragon had an accident & his arm was broken up by his alone area. We brought him here & they put a “splint” on it. A few days go by & I notice his hand has a blood blister from the bandage being TOO TIGHT. We called & sent a photo & they told us to bring him in right away. They took him to the back, removed the splint & said “we’re gonna leave it off & just soak his hand once a day”. Free of charge. A week later we notice he was no longer using his hand. He was moving his elbow & arm perfectly fine. Another week passes & I notice his hand has shrunk in size. A few days later as he was eating his hand FELL OFF. We called again & I explained everything including the bandage being too tight & them removing it. They asked me send a photo & then told me to bring him in the next day. They checked him. Said he was fine & that was that. I came out & the receptionist told me my bill was $52. I asked why when she looked at him for two seconds said he was fine & sent me on my way. Not to mention his arm falling off was a result of them. They had a manager call me on Monday to explain I was being charged for the doctors time. 15 seconds. I continue to explain that it was their fault & she kept talking over me to say “a bandage is not going to cause his hand to fall off. It was because of his prior injury”. I continued with saying “his hand was not effected until you guys put the bandage on him. He used his hand just fine even with the broken arm until you wrapped it. She then proceeded to say “it looks like we’re not going to see eye to eye on this so we’re going to have to refer you to another specialist. I told her that was fine & that I was going to file a animal negligence complaint against them and she hung up. She was very rude and was not trying to take any blame for what had happened to my dragon. Don’t go here. They’ll rob you blind and then when they mess up they’ll blame you. Photos of the splint, the blood blister, after it was removed & started to shrink, & when it fell off. You can clearly see the bandage was too tight in the first photo

Unbelievable care. Everyone we have encountered at Creature Comforts is so kind, genuinely loves animals, and go above and beyond in their care. We have had nothing but very positive experiences for both our pup and kitty. They are thorough, really listen, and follow up after each visit.

Lucy, one of the Vet techs was great in taking all our information and asking the right questions before Dr. Fuhrmann came to see us. Dr. Fuhrmann was kind and very gentle with our 2 birds, a Conure and Love Bird. We couldn't have asked for any better treatment! Thank you all so much!
We appreciated to gentle kindness with our animals.

Went in after finding out my dog tested positive for heartworm and I was terrified. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and reassuring. The vet walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions and really made me feel at ease. My dog also had a great time!

Creature comforts animal hospital was great. staff friendly and vet was knowledgeable and gentle with my older chihuahua. the place also super clean. will continue to take my fur-babies there for their check ups.

Great staff, very friendly, I loved the nurse that greeted us. And good pricing considering the amount of medication that was purchased. I loved how they accept all animals not just cats and dogs.

I find the Creature Comforts team to always be helpful, kind, and responsive! A true breath of fresh air. I also appreciate the honest and fair pricing and referral when my chicken needed surgery. The warm and friendly staff is simply the best! Five Stars!
