I shop at city drugs for many different things. They have so many great sale items and a pharmacy that's terrific. Can't go wrong for a small they have a lot of options. From incense and perfumes to jewelry and clothes to food and pharmacy items and a great assortment of groceries too. One-Stop shopping!!

I've been with this pharmacy for a few months now. and so far, have had zero issues with the pharmacy staff, or services. They will ship out my drugs that need to be refrigerated. Local pharmacies won't do that let alone let a carrier pick it up. The know the exact coupon for drugs to help me save and get drugs for free. You get the feel of a mom-and-pop pharmacies, not a big chain pharmacy. I have transferred all of my scripts to them and hope they will allow me to be their patient for the years to come.

This pharmacy is absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever been too. Medication was ready immediately less than hour after, my doctor sent my prescription over. Cannot beat these prices if you don't have insurance! Wonderful, people as well one of medications is on back order in NYc before I had my medication sent over.they checked to make sure it was in stock unlike this other pharmacy Matthews or Cv s . Who will not even look or tell if they have in stocks after you tell them what you are prescribed and how many a month.If You need a hassle free and a phamrcy who treats you like a person. Go here

Yea the addict is the one I. Glasses. He worked at rite aid and was fired and went to city drug. This man would not give me my meds xmas eve and told me to find a place on Xmas and every other pharmacy had no problem giving the one day early as it’s common to give the person one too two days grace Nope. I had times this man said my script wasn’t ready while I recieve a text saying it’s ready as he is lying and I show him he huddles with team. I get my meds. Happened two times. I even found out what he wrote about me as he has a female addict working that told me and he leaves. The rite aid starts making me pay for my scripts. I go to city drug and this goofy tall junk box has now delayed my meds 3 months in a row using holidays and sundays. Or making me come to get 6 pills and told I have to come back later in same day to get rest. Wrong dates on bottles and told the computer was wrong

After a weeks-long hassle at the local Rite-Aid during which it was impossible to get a human to answer the phone, City Drug solved my problem with a single phone call. The pharmacist was polite and helpful, and they offer same day delivery to my Vassar student for no charge. As the big chain stores continue to prove time and again that customer service means absolutely nothing to them, locations like City Drug Pharmacy are a gem.
