went to the facility on Vassar road and had the worst customer service experience ever. i have been banking with them for 10 years and was given a lot of attitude for a notary. should not have to endure this treatment will be closing both accounts

Absolutely terrible; the lady Jennifer has no idea what she is doing. Worst citizens ever.

Nothing ever works at the branch, the employees are very rude and the manager was acting like child when I went in there the other day
