No one answers the phone because they are "too busy helping other customers". No option to get a call back therefore forcing me to drive there to ask them a simple question. I give two stars, not one, because this relatively common for all companies.

Anne Hommel is wonderful at customer service and has a lot of banking insight. She assisted me on both my checking and savings concerns. She is top knotch!
