This place the store specifically I forgot the name of the manager and the associate working this morning (sorry) but they help me this morning at 10:00 a.m. on September 10 2024. I came in to pick up my online. They're very helpful and kind friendly people. A place that I would definitely go to multiple times they definitely gave me a reason to come back. I had questions they answered them they were very knowledgeable on everything that I needed to know or wanted to know. Everything was very fast-paced that they didn't waste a lot of time but they also took the time to make sure all the needs were satisfied that I had. Thank you very much again.

We went here for my niece and nephew’s bday. Staff is super nice and helpful! Made them feel special for their bday. Jacob spent an hour with us and he was super patient and sweet!

I had such an amazing experience here today the staff is so nice and helpful, as an adult with autism I love plush animals and my husband wanted to get me Zero the plush as I love the movie Nightmare Before Christmas and we were unable to get him last year. From the point of picking out my plush to checkout the experience was phenomenal the woman who stuffed Zero was amazing as I was self conscious as I would be looked at weird as an adult who really loves this experience. From walking in to leaving I felt welcome and like a little kid! Thank you for the amazing experience and the ability to feel normal in a not so normal environment for an adult.

I decided to treat my fiancée to a visit here while we were shopping at the mall, and her and I having never been to a Build-A-Bear Workshop before, were completely unfamiliarized with the entirety of the whole process, knowing not what to expect. Well, needless to say, we enjoyed what turned out to be arguably the most spectacularly delightful part of our day, having spent hours at the mall. Needless to say, the moment we stepped foot inside of the establishment, we were instantaneously greeted by two employees who turned out to be someof the most friendly, kind, polite and overall wonderful human beings, with superb customer service. They very happily assisted us during the entire process of building our bears, joyously and promptly answering any questions we had with smiles bright and displaying an evident enjoyment, kindness and passion for their awesomely wholesome work they do. They even took a few pictures of us and with us, as well! This place is amazing, and even more amazing, was the utmost and prompt, splendid customer service we received. Thank you two for an absolute, amazing and now, forever favored memory in which you helped create for the love of my life and I.

Been to this particular location several times, and the staff rotates frequently that I've never met the same person twice. However, that doesn't take away from how friendly they always are. They're always interactive with kids, making it fun for little ones.

the place was empty i mean dead, the process took about 10 minutes and since he picked out dinosaurs there were no outfit options because the stuffed animals had a tail. Not how I remembered it. very underwhelming to say the least. and to top it off it was very expensive!
