I had a car accident where I hit the side of my Land Rover into the guard rail on the Taconic Highway in order to avoid a deer that was crossing. The side of the suv took a terrible hit on the body.I'm absolutely so glad I found BTO Autoworks through word of mouth. They do not have the biggest online presence, but rest assured they are a GREAT autobody shop. Ray and his staff did a great job fixing my suv back to new. What I appreciated most from my visit, is the clearly defined timeline and the no nonsense. I checked two other auto body shops in Poughkeepsie and they were telling me there would be a 30 day wait... or they would tell me to leave the car and wait an undefined amount of time. It was clear my suv wouldn't be prioritized for bigger projects. With BTO Autoworks there's none of that, it is strictly professional. It took about a week to get parts and a week for labor. I highly recommend anyone that needs auto body work go there. They are very good and have a quality of workmanship.5 StarsServices: Painting

I had my first car accident, and the front of my car was bad. Ray and his crew at BTO brought my car(Honey) back to life. You are always informed on what is going on with your car, and the work speaks for itself. The pictures are from the accident and after I got my car back. I can't thank the BTO team enough!

Wow! Had a big dent in one fender on my Kia Optima. Ray and his crew got right on it! Really professional, the whole team there knows what they are doing! Scott in the paint shop was right on top of perfect color matching and the fit and finish that Chris did is outstanding! The replaced fender looks better than new - the seams we're all perfect, aligned and straight! AND they did the whole job in less than 24 hours! Great job guys! These guys have the experience and knowledge to make sure your car is restored to perfection!! This is the place to go for high quality auto body work!! John K.

I just had my 4 year old black GMC buffed out to remove swirls and scratches. Ray did an incredible job making the paint look like new. I highly recommend BTO for their quality of workmanship and value.

The guy was a little rough around the edge. They need to understand that certain work they can’t do and allow mechanic specific to certain areas to do their part.

I was just in a car accident, and my car had major body damage. Thankfully, a trusted friend in the auto industry recommended me to BTO auto works. From the moment I entered the building, I felt like the staffs FIRST priority. The team at BTO is comprised of highly dedicated workers with ample knowledge of Auto body work. The owner, Ray, is dedicated to his customers and goes the extra mile to keep the job affordable and efficient. The cost of labor and materials was fairly cheap when compared to the competition. I also felt assured and confident throughout the whole process, just as anyone should after an accident. Ray and his team also answered any questions I had throughout the entire job. BTO makes an effort to notify customers of any delays, no matter how minimal. In my personal experience, my car was finished on time and slightly cheaper than what I was expecting. The quality of the work was exceptionally detailed. I was thankful for their exceptional customer service and thorough craftsmanship .

This place is awesome - great work, fair prices, lots of help dealing with insurance companies, and attention to detail on the repairs. I've had work done here several times, on several different vehicles, and never been disappointed. Kudos to a solid business.
