Went in to look at mattress I was promptly greeted by the store manager Larry who was very pleasant and polite. The store manager sent sales associate Tammy over and she was a amazing I went home feeling confident about my purchase.

We had to order various pieces of our set. Although we have not yet received our furniture, I’d like to say that our experience was excellent. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the furniture. She was able to answer every question we had. Also she moved furniture from an opposite end of the store so that I could mix various pieces together and see what they look like. I don’t know why I waited so long to choose Bob’s!

We went to Bob’s Furniture looking for sofas for a cheaper price because my daughter’s original sofa set fell off of a truck. Donna Bee was very helpful. She found a set for the girls, at a wonderful price for their new place. We’re so happy! Thanks!

I am not one to leave reviews at all even when warranted for bad service but unfortunately I just experienced an awful customer service experience. I want to preface and say Sherri my sales associate who worked with me to find my couch and home designing was absolutely wonderful and such a pleasure. The bad review comes in where I needed to pay for my new furniture over the phone, not only did my call just keep getting transferred but consistently dropped and hung up on. Finally after getting through to a Representative, I’m told my couch is on back order. I then get in touch with a store Representative (Adeen I believe) and am told my couch is not on back order—wonderful news. However when trying to schedule delivery I’m told that there’s only dates in October and they will not currently take my order unless I accept the offered delivery dates (not at all what was discussed in stores). I’m then told to not order until I have my keys to my apartment (store was well aware this will be a brand new place with my move in dates written down). Then I’m told I need to come in to pay for my order (I don’t live in the area) and then I’m told the store is closing so I will need to hang up. I’m just astonished, I spend all evening trying to get in contact with store and then for all of that, I’m just in complete shock. I really appreciated everyone at the physical store, however, this was a huge turn off.
