I just called to ask what the general hours were, and was talked to very rudely when he wouldn't give me a general answer, he then said he doesn't work out of the office unless an appointment was made, which should have been the first thing said instead of screaming at me.

The owner is a scumbag! He tows illegally & overcharges. He semi puts the cars on the bed of his truck, drives away to a "safe spot" then gets out and properly straps it up. He's scared. He knows what he's doing is wrong and illegal so he tries to get away from where he's towing asap. He's rude, aggressive, confrontational & has zero remorse for anything. I get it's his job but what he does is illegal!!!!!! He's been on the news, he's currently being investigated & hopefully he will be shut down. I've never wished bad on anyone but this "man" deserves to lose his business and he should be responsible for paying back all the people who he illegally towed. In 2020, I was 9 months pregnant and having Braxton hicks the night before. My husband pulled the car out front of my building to have me get in to take me to the doctors. It was 9:11 and the parking restrictions were no parking from 9-5. My husband came out clearly in distress telling him I was having contractions the night before and we were going to the doctors. I came down and he saw I was clearly ready to pop. Still hooked the car up and took it. He told my husband "we all have a sad story to tell!!!" While in his face.

About time this horrible human and business gets what it deserved. Attempted to bully and defraud me of my money after lying about tow rules that i knew were illegal. He found enjoyment in peoples misfortune and today the shoe is finally on the other foot. Hope you lose everything you've obtained through your predatory practices. Have a bad day!

This business is the most disrespectful, unprofessional I have ever seen they overcharge for towing and the owner has a disgusting attitude with no regards for others no respect if you had your car towed by this company I wish you the best of luck, this company should be sued and closed down.
