went to the store on 11/25/23, the women said the body lotion I was looking at was part of the buy 3 get 1 free, which is posted all over the store but when I paid it was no longer but 3 get 1 free, only $4 mists, so I ended up paying more, kinda disappointed. Understandable it’s a black Friday deal but should be taken down or have employees worn customers ahead instead of promoting the deal to me.

Went in for Christmas shopping.. lots of choices for gifts. Place was really busy, but cashiers were quick on checkout. Cashiers were cheerful with smiles and said a big "Thank you".

You really need to train your employees better! I just went to the check out counter with two different ACTIVE gift cards I got for Christmas and Dominica proceeded to scan the gift card multiple times and replied that my cards were "invalid". I swiped my debit card and proceeded to my car. When I got to the car I called costumer service and BOTH gift cards had $30 on it. Wasting my time because of her stupidity!

I am completely disappointed from my most recent experience at this store. I have to share this somewhere for this company to see it so here I am on Google. I call Sunday (12/19) for their hours to see if I can stop in for their buy three get three sale and was told six. I got out of work at six so I couldn’t take advantage of the sale unfortunately. The next day I found out my coworker went in that same Sunday and was there at 8 o’clock. Completely disappointed, I go in the next day to explain my disappointment to one the workers and then was told that the following Sunday (12/26) there would be the same sale. So I wanted to take advantage that being that I didn’t need the gift until later. I go in that following Sunday and they ended up being closed for whatever reason. Feeling gypped I go in today, Tuesday (12/28) and was told sorry. From there I have completely lost my want to shop here. And any further good experiences are now tainted. I ended up getting half the gifts I wanted. One being a candle that wasn’t “part of the sale” for today’s “sale”.I’ll leave two stars here because the two other times I’ve shopped here it was nothing but good experiences but it seems for the bad experiences, they have nothing to make up for it.

SUPER helpful young man deserves 5 stars (I'm very sorry i didn't get his name!). However, when I went to pay, I was rudely informed (by someone else) they were only cashing out on the other side (with no further instruction)...I very nearly just set my basket down & left. Don't assume everyone knows your store's layout and give POLITE instructions on how to pay.

I have bought so many things for the Holidays, I was just coming back for more.Firstly- I love the 3 wick candlesSecondly , I really love the foam soap , and the smell sooo Great.Thirdly, love the small hand sanitizers to put into stocking or just fillers.Everything was perfect from Bed & Bath and now I am bank for a little more.Happy Holidays.
